WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I visited this location on 11/01 with my family and it was HORRIBLE!!! I arrived around 6. I asked the waiter about a specific menu item (wing trio) at which time he said he would be 30 wings. Only for the food to come out and there about 24 wings. He apologized and stated that he just started 3 weeks ago. Next, there was a bug in my daughter’s drink. She told the waiter, he bought another drink. Lastly, the absolute worst part of all, I asked the waiter directly face to face about an online promotion that said you could buy a $150 giftcard and receive $50 game play. I also asked if the game play had to be used in the future of would I be able to use it now. I had it on my screen ready to purchase as I was asking the waiter. He said he would go check. He came back, asked for me to write my number on a paper he had. I did and he walked off. He came back about 7 minutes later and said it was all fine to use during this visit. I told him that we would take the check. He proceeded to say that he already applied the card to my bill with whoever he took my number too but then still said my bill was $201 because all of it couldn’t be applied which made no sense. He showed me the bill on a device. He had gotten the game play applied with the gift card portion instead of the game play portion which made my bill still appear higher. Not my fault at all. I asked for a manager, explained it all to the manager in front of the waiter who agreed with what I said he said and did. However, they were both looking at me as if I needed to pay for his mistake. I showed the manager my receipt which showed that at 7:39 I purchased the gift card promotion which was close to the time that everything was happening. Why would I buy it if I were told otherwise resulting in me still needing to spend extra money? Not to menthe waiter begin to talk down to me after realizing he was wrong instead of taking accountability. He even put his finger up as if he were talking to an animal or a child and I am neither. At that point I removed myself from the restaurant since no one wanted to handle the situation properly. I have since reached out to corporate offices, social media, online reviews and now press. Not to mention they shut down my online topgolf account which still has $102 game play on it and needs to be refunded if I am now unable to have an account.
We booked 2 bays for my sons 30th…
We booked 2 bays for my sons 30th birthday party. We arrived and went to the bar to wait for our bays. I ordered a drink for my 30 year old son, and myself.(66yo) They asked for my sons ID, which he showed, that happened to expire that day, his birthday. He then produced his digital DMV record of renewal on his phone, and of course the balloons and decorations declaring Happy 30th Birthday. They refused to serve him. OK, he's not much of a drinker anyway, we moved on to the Bays. The waitress shows up at the Bays, we now have decorated and filled with family and friends, most over the age of 50, and she starts asking everyone for ID, to "make sure no one has an expired license".It was 7pm on a sunday night, hardly happy hour. We're still waiting to order food and drinks,so while everyone is digging out ID's,( even though many weren't drinking alcohol), I take my 65 yo friend to the bar to buy a drink. There the bartender asked if we had a Bay, if so, he can't serve us because they can't control how much we drink if we don't just use the waitress. The inability to judge a situation, and use one's own professional discretion has been mandated away from these bartenders and waitstaff to the detriment of the experience. Its not about the alcohol, its about being treated as a responsible adult by the staff, with a presumption of innocence instead of guilty until proven otherwise. I've been to this particular Topgolf location many times, actually had my retirement party there, without any such nonsense. Something has changed and ruined it, I wont be back.

Went to top golf independence Ohio and it was a total joke. No staff available, nobody here but they said have to wait an hour and a half, REDICULOUS to sign in had 4kids and they said we were required to give them all our phone numbers!!!!!! Never going here again
Wanted to eat and get a drink
Wanted to eat and get a drink. Had to ask if can sit anywhere, no greeting, sat at table for over 15 minutes waiting for a server nothing. Asked an employee walking by do we order at bar, she said a bartender will try and come to your table or you can order at bar. She came back a few minutes later and said someone will be over in a few minutes. Well nobody showed up, I went to bar and ordered. The food took a long time but luckily it was hot and good. This was 4 pm on a Friday so not majorly crowded. If you don't know how this place works, you have to beg to get help.

BUYER BEWARE - YOUR DEPOSIT DOES NOT GET DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BILL
Not only has Topgolf radically changed their policies, & certainly not for the better for the customer, the staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help/accommodate their customers at my last visit. You will pay a deposit to reserve your bay, which most would assume would be deducted from the final bill, and it is NOT. I paid over $100 to reserve bays to play assuming this and in the end, it did not get deducted off the final bill. If that isn’t bad enough, we were put on the first floor and not given the option to go to the second or third floor, (even though we said, we were willing to wait to go to the second or third floor) which are more desirable. However, they put walk-in customers on the second and third floor and put us, as well as other customers who paid upfront, on the first floor when that is clearly not what we wanted. They also now have a two hour maximum play time rule, so should you be enjoying yourself and wish to extend your stay, which was always allowed, you can no longer do that. They’re looking to do a very high turnover to increase their profits & as a result they are now lacking in the quality of service that they once delivered, while charging A LOT more. All
of which is not good for the consumer.

I had a great time at the facilities…
I had a great time at the facilities along woth a couple long time friends. The time we spent was fun and I’d love to participate again. The only issue would be that the staff members are all very young, and they look as though they priority is to look cool! This made me feel like the help they gave me wasn’t in the best interest possible. I was also in Luton so maybe that plays into things lol! Aside from that a great time, great food and great drinks also.
Celebrating Birthday Shenanigans for our Juan
In the month of March 2024, we came to Top Golf because it was a birthday celebration that we had going on to one of our good friends. When we arrived at the facility, I loved that there was plenty of parking, a safe area and the entrance to the business was nice. This place had 3 floors that included bars, and plenty of sitting area. Once we purchased tickets for the golfing, we were a party of SIX, we had a blast. You can order appetizers & drinks and practice golfing. We had such a wonderful time. It is kind of scary when you are golfing 15 feet up in the air. You are trying to get the golf ball in one of the pucks they have. It's cool. We had lots of fun. Our Waitress was awesome, and we will be back. This is a nice place for team building and celebrating a birthday or just hanging out with friends and family. This is a must do.

I have a herniated disk that has flared up and my kids wanted to surprise me for Father’s Day with Top Golf. They are losing their deposit because I can’t go swing golf clubs. This sucks and is poor business. They said we can’t even reschedule. These are kids. They don’t have money to lose.

$25.00 Stolen - I went to TopGolf in Edison, NJ for the Promotion $15.00 Unlimited Play like I have done several other Tuesdays. This time I was told that because of the 1/2 off Tuesdays the Promotion was not available. It was available other Tuesdays that I used the Promotion. The Manager was unavailable to help at the time, so I paid the $40.00 instead of the $15.00 charge. Waiting for a call back from the Manager that I was promised. Never had this problem on any other Tuesdays....
Nets made for toddlers
I was kicked out for hitting the ball…ik that sounds crazy but maybe make the nets higher or have a roof net. I want a refund of the money i spent because it hasent ecen been 30 mins and i was kicked out
Dreadful
To begin with, the food and drink service was atrocious… it took over 2 hours for a COLD wrap from the fridge and some chips. Then they made us wait for over 3 hours only to not let us in as they needed ID which one of us didn’t have and all of us are 22. I am disgusted. Dreadful place.
Topgolf game is great
Topgolf game is great, but food wise you have to wait a good 1 hour 45 mins to receive your food!! Shocking!! Really let’s the whole experience down. Such a shame!!
Don’t care about customers
There was 7 of us who got split up. We asked if we could wait for 2 bays next to each other with the a response of no.
So 4 of us ordered food and drinks using the bay QR code. 2 got their food and drinks. After 20mins we asked about the other 2 drinks and food. Someone went to check and never came back. So we asked the bay manager who checked 2 times before we had to go up to the bar and show the confirmation email by this point it was an hour after we orders and not even a coke was brought over. We were treated like we were lying the whole time, even with the confirmation email.
Spoke to another person May she got us the drinks instantly (give her a promotion as she the only useful person). We then got told we had to go as the time was up on the bay. We contested that we had to wait and sort out our food so give us 10mins to which the bay manager told us to leave. We asked to speak to the manager who said it is what it is and sorry for the wait. Chigwell is slow to get a bay drinks food and the managers seem to not care about customers. You’ve just lost a lot of customers

This review was at the business in Mobile, AL, but I'm sure all are the same.This place is a ripoff. First at the counter the price advertised on a large screen stated $33/hr. But after being forced to give my phone number to play, and being escorted to my play position, I was told the price was $45/hr. The $33 is if you pre-register and a deposit. Not clearly stated at sign in. The ball serving machine is slow, and that's on purpose to eat up more time. Then after playing 20 balls, you have to go to the screen, evaluate play, and reset; all what eats up more time. The yardiges and distance are way off and the machine was not accurate either. After playing 30min I went to check out and they tried to charge me $45. After complaining to the manager she agre1ed to charge me half the price of the original $33. I will never go back. The staff is under trained and not able to answer questions.

Customer service is horrifc at Watford branch! All good fun, unless you have an issue and then they treat you like dirt. When reported further customer services are the same! Such a shame as we loved it previously but our latest experience has majorly put me off ever returning!

Went to Topgolf in Overland Park Kansas. Tuesday service was poor, eat before you come. The food is not good. When it first open, we go all the time because service and food and drinks were fantastic.
