DIY idiot here, went to store Steve couldnt have been more helpful. Got everything I needed, He even took the time to explain thing when I didnt get them the first time. Absolutely first rate service, Will not hesitate to use them again when I pluck up the courage to tackle some more of the DIY stuff! Thank you Steve.

Connor, the tile specialist at Topps Tiles in Strood, assisted me throughout the process of choosing the correct tile, measurements and quantities for my project. When my plans changed and I decided to tile the entire ensuite shower enclosure, he patiently recalculated the measurements, quantities and pricing, ensuring everything was accurate. I have a tiler carrying out the installation this week and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished result. I just wanted to recognise Connor for his excellent customer service. He remembered the details of my project throughout and was consistently helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Chris the manager of the Oxford store went above and beyond to help me choose the right tile the right tile adhesive and the quantity of tiles I would need for the area that I need to tile absolutely first rate service and couldn’t fault a single thing

I was very impressed by the customer service at 3 different stores - I needed some tiles, but they weren't stocked at my local branch in Macclesfield, so I called the cheadle branch. They didn't have enough, but went out of their way to source some for me, at the Sale branch. I spoke to Sale and they reserved them for me, remembered me when I collected them, and carried them to my car for me.
Back at home, we realised that the trader discount had not been applied, so I went to the Macclesfield branch, to ask if they could help. Dan served me and initially said that he didn't think he could help, as the stock was not from their branch, but to give him a few minutes to have a think. He came up with a solution and contacted the Sale branch to remedy the situation.
I have dealt with a lot of companies who wouldn't have taken the extra steps that the staff from Topps Tiles did, so I thought that it was worthy of a positive review.

Rude and very unkempt

Overall experience at the West Bromwhich store was excellent. Greeted when entering by a friendly face and left to look arround. But when needed no matter how many times there was always someone there to assist. Guided us from beginning to end of all the products we did and not need with excellent knowledge and understanding. But what stood out was the effort made to fetch and match tiles arround the store to help with our decision. Would definitely recommend shopping there.
