Great product, arrived super quick

I am very happy with the shopping experience I have had with toy box. The toy I bought was of a high standard, (which had been difficult to find elsewhere), was a good price, and delivery was very efficient. I will use them again.

The products I had were the Post Office imaginary play, magnifying glass and magnetic words. All are brilliant especially the Post Office, which is really fabulous for the money. The magnetic words were a little disappointing as not enough words to make easy sentences. Overall great service and prompt delivery :0)

I chose this company to avoid "you know who!". They even beat them on price so I ordered a wooden magnetic easel for my twin grandsons. It duly arrived. Unfortunately one of the bolts used to fix the easel was faulty something we didn't discover until after Christmas. I emailed the company with a photograph of the bolt and almost immediately got a friendly apologetic reply followed up by an email saying the replacement part was on its way. It was a pleasure to deal with Sara and I would certainly use Top ToyBox again.
