I had all my windows , new front door ,door canopy , bay window roof and guttering done . I am delighted with them !

The whole process was straight forward . The sales , receptionist and fitters were all great , friendly , polite and helpful , they all done a fabulous job . Very tidy , no mess ! Thank you Total glaze for a job well done .

We have had a horrendous experience dealing with Totalglaze for our conservatory installation. The workmanship is appalling, and everyone is in such a rush to get the job done that there are no standards. The final finish is shocking and so far away from being an acceptable standard. We are now in dispute with Totalglaze.
Issues were raised on numerous occasions with the management team as the finished product was terrible and installers initially left a window that wouldn’t close or lock… It turned out that the new frame was badly installed and so uneven that the frame had bent which is why the window wouldn't close. When this part of the complaint was addressed the fitters 'forgot' to re-seal the external window frame, allowing water ingress.

In total we had 5 visits from Totalglaze to ‘fix’ the problems which included two visits from the owner Steve. He gave me his personal assurances that he would oversee the remedial works and oversee the team that would be booked in to come and resolve the issues. This never happened so I was effectively fobbed off and he sent another team of cowboys to apply a load of silicone everywhere.
After my most recent complaint the owner Steve turned up to my house unannounced to check the issues again for himself. No courtesy was given to arrange a meeting and he came across as if we were making up the issues, so we had to show him again (for the 3rd time).
You can only give so many chances to provide an adequate service, especially when they treat you and your property so poorly.
My advice to you is avoid them completely and save yourself the stress and hassle I have had to deal with

Two doors and rear property windows replaced. We found the whole process, start to finish, fantastic. Helpful staff, good value for money, really good quality windows and doors, the fitter was brilliant! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for front windows.

Very hardworking, friendly and caring employees who tailor their service to what the client wants. There is a thorough discussion to start with and all the various options are discussed. You are able to make your house look individual and stand out from the rest.

We decided to use Totalglaze for windows, doors, facial and soffits and a small extension. From start to finish they have been superb. We had a variety of fitters for tye different types of work but I have to say they were all very polite, professional and carried out there work to a high standard. Could not fault a single thing with any of the work or staff, highly recommended.

As we only had 1 window to on the workshop, this was a breeze for totalglaze, right from the 1st call up to the end were very good, good communication & good pricing.

Fitters on time, did good job, they kept us informed of progress and answered all if our questions, quality door at reasonable price.

They brought along the wrong letter box, the wrong urn knocker with spy hole. They were separate so I have an extra hole in my composite door.
They brought the wrong guttering for the down pipe. When they put glass panels in conservatory, they did not seal the edges.in we asked for 2 new polycarbonate panels for the roof because they were discoloured and one has a hole in it. If looking at the roof from outside you will see that it was the two panels to the laft that needed changing. The manager argued that it was the panels to the right. Anyone could see the two

panels to the left needed to be changed. On the paperwork it didn't state which panels needed changing. Apparently Steve

The manager came out to look at the roof without myself and Mrs D present. he signed the paperwork but we hadn't signed the paperwork.
I was made out to be a liar, because the panels I stated that needed doing the manager argued that it wasn't.
The guys who did The insulation and paneling to the roof have done a lovely job. But this is as far as it goes for praise.
I will never use totalglaze again, and I will strongly advise others not to use them.
It is either a serious lack of
comminication from the salesperson to the workers or a case of they just don't give a damn about the customer.
I forgot to add, the worksheet that the workers had to do letterbox, knocker etc didn't have the same worksheet as me. So they didn't really know what they were actually going to be doing. Shambolic.

Good service a bit delayed with completion due to not all windows arrived at the same time

Had windows and door fitted there was no complaints all went well. Staff are friendly would recommend to family and friends friends.

Replaced four windows, gutters, facia, and clad two external walls. Very happy with workmanship and the way the cladding team dealt with a tricky job. This is their third visit to the property and I cannot fault any of their work. Would recommend them.

I called Totalglaze back after 11 years because my door was not quite closing properly anymore. They didn't quibble about the guarantee at all, made an appointment to come and look at it, arrived early, were polite, professional and efficient. Fixed the problem with no problems at all. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had 5 windows fitted and the whole process was done within a month. I found each element of the process professional and everything was explained thoroughly. I found the staff polite and knowledgeable and even when there was a crack in the glass in one of the windows it was rectified in less than a week. Great company
