We have used Totalglaze since we moved to the area 15 plus years ago! Never disappointed with the standard of professionalism and quality of workmanship, would highly recommend.

We had 13 windows installed by Totalglaze Windows Ltd, and from the start to finish we found Totalglaze to be very professional.
The window fitters that installed our windows (Danny & Brad) were excellent, very friendly, but at all times very professional, they were always on time and made sure that they cleaned up at the end of the day.
We will definitely use Totalglaze Windows Ltd again, as we have another project to complete.

We have used this company before as we renewed our windows with them and no issues fitted nicely and cleaned up after them. Highly recommended would not go anywhere else.

The incorrect opening door was originally supplied and fitted. We had specified to the rep an inward opening door, as our previous door opened this way.
The surveyor marked the door on the contract as outward opening. This was not discussed prior to our signing the contract.
The incorrect door was fitted before we noticed (on 13 March 2025). This oversight has cost us another £1700 for the required door.
That said, both the incorrect door and the correct door were installed nicely, and we are pleased with the end result.

Sales person was friendly and prompt and accommodating.
Installation team were friendly, professional, clean and tidy and knew what they were doing. They had the best radio station on too which was great.

The management are absolutely awful. The windows were supposed to take 2 days and the whole process took 2 weeks. Nobody contacted us to say they were not turning up so wasted time and annual leave for nothing. All we got in response was a half meant "sorry" not good enough by any standards. Do not recommend!
