I’ve been a returning customer for various products over the years, and never had an issue with product quality or customer service.
The fitters all work really hard, and leave the premises clean and tidy.

From a chance encounter with a representative from this company whilst out shopping, I booked an estimate for a few windows and two doors we needed replacing. The visiting sales representative was very friendly and took the time to offer advice and fully explain all ofbthe options we had available. He was neither pushy or tried to upsell us to options that would increase the total we were looking to spend. My wife and I really valued the time he spent with us and the effort he put into explaining the options available to us and the benefits they would bring (both aesthetic and energy efficient). We went forward with the quote and were told that due to the festive season loomin, there would be an additional time period to factor in our new items being fitted. We were both surprised when they called earlier that expected (well done for exceeding expectations) and arranged a date for fitting. The fitter worked tirelessly and cleanly to get the twobdoors and 3 windows fitted and made good of any blemishes that happened as a normal part of their installation. I would recommend this company to anyone who has fears over possibly being taken advantage of by over zealous sales reps or poor quality installation. This company produces and installs it's own products, and as such have a very high confidence in their quality. You will see this from the additional warranty they offer as standard on all their installations. I will be getting them back to replace a few more windows once I am in a position to do so. Well done all, you should be proud of being one of the few companies left that put the customer at the heart of what you do.

The man who fitted my new front door, was very nice and clean up after himself, also trusted him to lock up after as, I had to go back to work so good all round.

The whole process from the quote to replace 3 windows to the installation went very well. The installers were efficient, polite and took care to minimise the dust and disruption whilst they worked. All of the rubbish was removed when the job ended.
I am happy with Totalglaze Windows Ltd and will use the company for any future work that I may need.

Don't get conned by this bunch of cowboys! They cannot get any element of the process correct. Errors are made at every stage. The fitters think they are entitled and if you don't "bow down before them" or if you politely ask them about something that has been done "wrong" or differently to the agreement (such as putting in the wrong type of glass) they complain about you and refuse to come back and finish the job. Seriously the worst Customer Service ever and the work is not of an appropriate standard. The communication within the company also needs a lot of improvement. Nothing is communicated properly. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing.

We had a large living room window replaced last week 22nd Feb by Totalglaze.
From start to finish everyone at Totalglaze that we dealt with were friendly efficient and informative.
Really pleased with the work they did and will use them again.

The whole experience was really pleasant. We had all our windows replaced, french doors installed (external wall removed) and external cladding for for all three perimeter walls.
We hit a few hurdles along the way due to the type of build of our property, but Totalglaze were really responsive and supported the changes to work and scheduling.
The fitting team were awesome and kept us updated constantly with any changes, the quality of the products windows / french doors and cladding are exceptional.

Had a garden sliding door changed due to age. Very professional, kind service, no unnecessary 'pushing' for more money to be spent with them. There was one day delay, but we were informed in a timely manner. Installation quick and clean. Happy and can definitely recommend! Will be using them in the future for sure.

Very quick fixed my conservatory with in time this is very good company.

We returned to Totalglaze for a new front porch after having our back conservatory fitted four years ago. Once again, we are very satisfied with the results. The porch fitters and the roofers were skilled, efficient, polite and reliable. They carried out the work as specified and kept to time. They cleared up what little mess was made before they left. We feel we have received quality service at a very reasonable cost. Initially, we had a minor problem with the new front door but Totalglaze turned up the very next day and rectified it. Even the staff in the office are really pleasant to deal with. To cap it off, a month after the work was completed we had a beautiful bouquet arrive, thanking us for our custom. A lovely touch!

Great service, from start to finish. Received quote, then left alone. No pushy sales tricks or telephone chase up from quote. Got 3 different quotes and TG were the best quote. Did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Best part was recieving a bouquet of flowers as a thank you for using them.
