Searched for Cat Litter box on Google and Total warehouse came up with the best price, I liked the box, a nice bright base and it looked really sturdy so I ordered one. Was delivered within a couple of Days and there were no problems at all.

I placed my order on the 8th of July. My card was debited for the full amount. My status said that my goods had been shipped on the 9th and I should receive it in 3-5 working days. It is now the 17th and my goods have not arrived. I tried phoning the number on the website but both times just got an answering machine. Left a message for them to call me back but I still haven't heard from them. :(

The airing cupboard heater is great. The purchase from Total Warehouse was quick and easy.

Ordered an internal digital aerial as i am fed up with the cost of tcombined services from Comapny X and it was delivered earlier than promised.

One of 3 of the heater tubes I received had a small dent and all of the boxes were worn down and torn in a couple of places. I have installed 2 of them in a customers house and have had a report of smoke coming from the end cap so want me to replace it.

I ordered a Draper Expert garden tree pruner from Total Warehouse, choosing them as their price for the item and their delivery charge were each very competitive. In fact the total price was the best on the 'net.

The pruner arrived the day after ordering. On opening the blow-moulded package that enclosed the head of the pruner, I found that a plastic part was broken. Not only that, two bits of the plastic had broken off but were not in the package so the damage must have occurred prior to the pruner leaving the factory.

It would have been very difficult for Total Warehouse to have been able to spot the damage prior to dispatch as it wasn't easy to see the detail through the blow-moulding.

I told Total Warehouse about the damage by email that night, together with a couple of photos of it, and suggested that I retain the (still usable) pruner but receive a partial refund of £10 to compensate for the damage. I found next morning that not only had they immediately already actioned a refund but it was for £15 rather than the asked-for £10. They (i.e. Becky) also sent a very pleasant and personal email of apology.

The site was east to use, they kept me informed if what stage the order was at and it arrived in double quick time. The products were as ordered and in perfect condition. A great example of hassle free Internet shopping.

Service was very helpful in letting me change the delivery day & then letting me know the window of time of delivery, I was very pleased with that.

I ordered a pet carrier for my rabbit, just in case she needs to go to the vets. I ordered in in the morning, and in the afternoon I received a call to say it wasn't in stock. I was ok to wait the two week, but when I said to the lady who called that it was for the rabbit who is a tad large, she immediately offered me the next size up which was in stock, at no extra cost. It was delivered next day! Excellent service, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

What can I say, nice speedy well packaged delivery and at a great price.

What more could you ask for? Delivery could have been made by a bevy of half naked ladies wanting their plumbing inspected, but I guess that only happens in the movies.

Speed of delivery - I could not have asked for better

Excellent service and communication throughout.

This Company are efficient and their products are of good quality. The only
criticism I have is that their couriers are not very good, especially when
you pay for next day delivery and don't receive your goods until 6 days later . I
contacted the company and was told I would be refunded the postage - THIS
DID NOT HAPPEN!
