Been contacted with an offer accepted the contract signed and everything waited 2 months no response no dleivery for the epos no emails to follow up after the sale point. I then called back only to be told that offer dont exist any more which got me very confused as the offer was sold to me. Asked to speak to a manager he is busy we can arrnge a call back never got a call back now im looking for advise as they have alot of my data and personal information.

If I could of left 0 stars then I would of, this company is an absolute joke, who tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign up to them, but it all changes once they have your money, they are dishonest and a nightmare to contact as most of there staff are based in India, tried to get my log in credentials for multiple sites so I decided to cancel and get my money back, which by the way took over 3 months, stay well away as there are much better companies than this just do your research and avoid these chancers at all costs. You have been warned!

Crooks! Allow you to join with low fee charges, once your website orders pick up, they start increasing charges.
Also asked me for my website domain password, next thing I know they have changed them and claimed ownership of my domain of 20 years! Do not trust this company.
Tried to speak to them, they never returned my messages.
Pretend to be westerners with English names, but are all based in India.
Total scam artists!

Good company for a take away

Won't stop calling. We enquired about their system but it has many hidden charges and is expensive. We now get sales call from their overseas call centre trying to pressure sell us most days

When there is a problem they say that someone will call you back but no one helps, also the card transaction fees are huge stay away even do not think to become a customer

My printer for Epos does not work . Rang their technical team which did absolute nothing just told me to wait 10 days before they can send out a new printer. In meanwhile i have to write down every order by hand but still pay them service charge every week. There's no support available for any at all. They are just interested in taking their rent everyweek. Also the owner will have to generate its own sales as theirs very little support in helping to increase sales. Unlike other platforms where they generate customer sales and aweraness. But in this company you must do it yourself. Its best to have your own website so you dont need these people to take money every week.

Ordered food last night and didn't turn up. Rang the restaurant with the phone number supplied and it said it was not taking calls. Found another number for the restaurant and after much discussion it appears this website is fake and it is not the right website address. Money was obviously taken from the fraudulent website. Kostas in Eastbourne.... Kostaseastbourne.co.uk DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You need to take this website down. Had to cancel my card with the bank and now out of pocket. The real restaurant were amazing and I feel sorry for them as it is such good food and they will be losing customers if they using the game site and then the fake contact number not being answered when trying to chase their food order that will not be turning up

By far & away the worst platform we have delt with. From the get go we had problem after problem. When you ask for money back they assign you a manager who begs you to stay and promises you the world. Unfortunately this never materialised and Still to this day months later We haven’t received our refund as promised each and every time we tried to cancel..... these guys are cowboys and I would suggest nobody to trust your business with them.

In Reply to that joke of a reply..... Its all fine posting a reply on here to try clean up your image. When in actual fact your Managers don't return calls or emails and you most defiantly have no intension in resolving my concerns. You have stolen money and refuse to return it. That is a FACT!!

This is one of the worst company to work with them and never recommend any one to them because they are going to make you look stupid in front of the person that you recommended I recommended 6 business to them and now they all call and blaming me because I recommended this stupid people to them

I rang you many times and whatup you many times regarding apps gone down 6 weeks now,
My customers unable to find our app in Google play store android and iPhone store.
You guys disable my apps cos you want my customers to order from foodhub yes.

This problem still going on but no help we received you at all?? We are very regret that we do business with you but it won't be last after this problem especially when you taking our hard work money for the service we don't receive.

Shame to Management..! Especially directors.!!
