Absolutely brilliant service and…

Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic products. I first purchased my charging light at the House & Garden fair in 2019. When I had an issue with it, the company sent me another, with a lovely message. I love my new light even more. Love the different tones of light from task to soft lighting too.

Positive review update

Ordered a phone charger off them
Order no. 2411
Had a confirmation of the order
Had a confirmation of dispatch and nothing else
No parcel arrived and when I tracked it they told me order was fulfilled
Tried emailing them started a chat on the website and they have no phone number
I’ve tried to contact them for 4 days without any response
UPDATE TO REVIEW
Been contacted by touchdown customer service who apologised for the delay in answering my query who offered a refund or to resend order
I chose to resend the order which arrived quite quickly
The charger is very good quality and is a fast charger

I purchased a white lamp from the website and delivery was quick and efficient.
The LED light is actually the brightest light in the house, my Mum is obsessed with it already for her crocheting!
The wireless charging is good too. Would recommend Touchdown for sure

Nice looking but quality issues !!!

Purchased one of their Designer (Bluetooth Speaker) Table via Costco - The sales guy was excellent. However when we st it up at home it did not sound the same (Tinny) and the charger section did not work unless the phone was positioned within a few millimetres of the central point. We put up with it for a few weeks before taking it back for a full credit. In the meantime we had noticed that the same units were being sold cheaper elsewhere - we eventually bought an Echo Show 8 | 2nd generation (2021 release) which had much better sound quality and functionality.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. My wireless charger purchased by my husband for my Christmas present didn't work. In fact there was a burning smell and it melted part of the bottom of the charger.
After messaging touchdown charging through their website my husband got no reply. I then messaged saying we just wanted a reply and they replied back. Convinced me to have a new one as I didn't want to pay the return p&p as it's faulty. Was promised a new one shipped to me on 6/1/22. Still not received the product. Emailed them twice, messaged on Instagram and now on their website with no reply.

All I want is my money back. Faulty product. Rubbish customer service. Do not recommend this company at all.

No replies for faulty lamp.

I have purchased 3 touchdown lamps. After 3 weeks of constant emails and calls with no reply I was notified they had been dispatched.
Eventually they turned up. Two are fine but one has wires exposed due to a faulty section. It’s unusable and dangerous. Again no replies from my messages or emails. I just want it returned and refunded or exchanged.
Sad really as they look premium but customer service is very poor with no correspondence.

I have purchased two mounted charging pads,one flashers blue and green without a phone on the charger?the other worked ok for one night now charging light showing green .Any info would be very welcome, thank you.

Waste of money!

Do not waste your money on these products!
I bought my farther a charging stand for christmas. By the end of Christmas Day the product would not work anymore. We have made sure there are no objects causing disruption to the charging, we have also unplugged the item numerous times.
Criminal to be charging £30 for an item that breaks in less than 24hrs. I will be warning everyone I can about these products. Completely unacceptable

Originally I bought a desk stand from Costco

Originally I bought a desk stand from Costco October 2019 just because i needed a wireless charger but I quickly realised how good this product is. It charges really fast and looks great. It has worked perfectly with our IPHONES and Android phones.I am so happy that I have just bought a second unit.

car wireless phone holder…

Got the in car wireless phone holder yesterday from costco, soon as the car does any moves like turning or small bump in road the phone stops charging.
Also have to remove case just for it to sit properly in the arms as when case is on phone falls out, and I'm only using a thin back case.
Arms need to be little longer and have a better grip.

I recently bought a Touchdown charger and my son borrowed it and unfortunately lost the lead and plug. I emailed Touchdown and they very kindly sent me a new lead and plug free of charge and very quickly. This was very impressive and much appreciated. Thank you.

Highly Recommended.

Bought a touchdown charger some time ago and unfortunately it became faulty. Suspected it was the receiver so they kindly sent me a replacement receiver free of charge. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem so they then kindly sent me a replacement charging pad again free of charge which fixed the problem.
Excellent friendly service, great to deal with a good Company.
Highly recommended.

Feeling hopeful!

Very poor ! Bought 3 different products from them .. lamp was instantly faulty .. all they sent was a plug in charging pack . Still unresolved . Two different charging pads , one faulty, no replies to emails etc... update ... now had a private reply and hoping we can get this resolved shortly now ...
