The quality is excellent, we built a covered pergola in the garden an used Tough Decking for the floor. It looks amazing, keeps clean and although it’s only a year, it hasn’t lost its clean look or weathered.

After receiving order and seeing first hand the great quality of the decking boards we decided to make our deck larger so ordered another pack. It is going to look fab when husband has got it finished. I love the fact it is reversible as I like the wood effect finish best. Rob rang me to arrange delivery and was such a lovely guy. The service has been excellent and just wish more retailers gave service as good as these guys. Fantastic customer service!
The service from the sales team has been fantastic. They have responded to all my emails within minutes and been very helpful. The delivery guy was great but I understand he was from a contracted delivery company but he helped me carry all the decking boards to my garden which was some distance from the road. I was expecting a text with a 2hr delivery time slot but that didn’t happen but that was the fault of the delivery company. The decking is here and looks better than expected so I would definitely recommend Tough Decking.
