Communication with holiday provider was terrible
we did a Sri Lanka 6 Nights 7 Days Itinerary holiday and it would take them months to answer queries, they gave us the list of accommodation less than a week before we were due to fly out so we could not do anything about the accommodation.

Morocco 10 day desert tour from Casablanca
My tour across Morocco included the beautiful Atlantic coast, hiking in the majestic mountains and riding a camel the breathtaking desert the experience was extraordinary, largely because of our wonderful guide. Born in the desert and working with tourists his whole life, Ali’s knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for sharing Morocco’s history and culture elevated every moment of our trip.
We visited major cities, including Chefchaouen, Fez, Essaouira, and Marrakech, ancient medinas, and iconic historic sites, and Ali brought them to life with stories and context. He balanced structure with flexibility, making sure we saw highlights while allowing space for flexibility for those who like to explore on their own ( me!). We had a diverse group, different backgrounds, ages, and perspectives, yet he had a natural way of relating to each of us. He created an atmosphere where everyone felt included, turning a group of strangers into a little family.
He was attentive and personable. Everyone was comfortable, informed, and cared for - whether navigating busy markets, crossing mountain passes, or watching the sunset over the dunes. He helped everyone with their personal travel plans making sure everyone arrived safely and on time.
I highly recommend Ali for a tour that is smooth, worry free, enriching, and memorable. You will be in excellent hands!

Price trap
On the site and on the app the indicated price had a countdown indicated the time last. We booked everything was fine on the bill but we received a reply from tour radar indicating us that the price was not good and finally the rebate was not there anymore.

Great value tours with big range of itineraries and destinations. The booking process although a little confusing for me at times, was made much easier by all the staff I had contact with. The tour radar staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, friendly and patient with me. The staff from the tour companies were also very helpful, friendly and patient too. They got back to me quickly with replies and then followed up on any questions I still had. We are looking forward to doing our upcoming trips that we have booked.
