Terrible experience from start to finish. Assessor process was terrible/disorganised, could never get hold of my Claims manager and then my claim for accidental damage was declined on spurious grounds. Have never ever had a claim denied before with any insurance company. Will 100% be taking my business elsewhere.

System problems,payment to wrong policy
Charged to change credit/ debit card details,no cost, standard software, same NZ software could not process a payment , no human intervention in either case.
Phone call, charge explained, payment went to a different policy/car owned by us, confidence on software payment systems is low.
Promised to be fixed and recepi issued by end of day, nothing zero contact.

After comparing several insurance…
After comparing several insurance providers using the same coverage options and variables, I found this provider to be the most affordable. One thing I also noticed is that pricing varies significantly depending on the car. For another car I own, this same provider was actually a bit more expensive. So it’s definitely worth comparing quotes for each vehicle rather than assuming one insurer will always be the cheapest.
