We set up an appointment for 4 tires-confirmed the appoint-even got an e-mail confirming appoint and tires. Got there they did not have the tires we reserved. They had us return to have the tires installed when they received another set. When we picked up the car there was damage done to one of the rims. They were supposed to call us to discuss-they never did-We would definately not recommend the Auburn Mass facility. No customer service-no follow up -really bad experience and stuck with damaged rim now

They do a decent job, but calling them is awful.

It's near to impossible to call them on the phone directly. It seems that even though their phone number is local, your call gets forwarded to someone somewhere else.

The person who took my call was dumber than a stump.

I told her I wanted appointments for two Winter tire swaps. I had to explain to her what that means. Then she asked me if I wanted to put the Summer tires on or the Winter tires. I asked why anyone would swap to Summer tires in the middle of the Winter.... crickets.

I got a text for only ONE of the two appointments. I gave her the same phone number for both. Now I'm going to have to go into the STORE to verify my appointments.

Went yesterday to get snow tires put on, had since 2022, so used 2x......Zach said he couldn't put them on, I need new ones.....2 mechanics said they're FINE.....have a picture on my other reviews

Simply a horror show.
1. They told me there was a different price of the same tire for 2 different brands of cars.
2. The wait to change one tire was excessive 2.5 hrs to three hrs.
3. They were overcharging me on the final bill $100.00 I am glad I was paying attention.
4. They did not install my spare tire the correct way. It was put in reverse and it was not latched.
5. They broke the case where the tire goes in the trunk.
6. The broke the plastic screw where the spare tire is latched.
7. They lost the stem cover which was matching with the brand of the car.
They simply do not care about your car. Don't go there.

Excellent customer service. And because they utilize a call center, someone always picks up the phone (during business hours). This is the 4th time I have used them and have had a great experience with quality work each time.

Today my 2014 Tacoma was serviced at Town Fair Tire at 166 DW HW in Nashua NH. Jonas took care of me and replaced one damaged tire and replaced my spare tire to match the tires on the truck. An alignment was also performed. Once again Jonas took care of me and my vehicles tire needs. Great shop. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Andrew answered all of my questions and guided me on getting my flat tired vehicle to the shop! Service was fast. My tire was plugged. I had not had such a great customer service experience in some time! Great work! (Newington, CT)

In for tire rotation on tires bought at town fair in feb of 2023. First tire rotate done in late 2034. No record of hat visit in their system under my number. One tire worn. I said an alignment was done in early 2023. Tech wanted me to prove that before giving any credit. I think it was a defect tire to begin with. Tech Zach was a condescending young man thinking he's speaking with an older lady who knows nothing and is possibly a liar. Yeah I lie about alignments being done. Convenient my number was not in system on the first rotation done in Topsham ME

Love this store on North Main Street in Bridgeport! Shawn and Angel were very helpful and when they say your car will be ready in 90 minutes, the car is ready. No sitting around for 5 hours. I won’t go anywhere else!

Been going to town fair tire for a couple of years now and was furious to notice after waiting a couple of hours to have my tires rotated that they were never rotated at all. How did I notice you may ask? I forgot to tell the service tech that I had a roofing nail stuck in my back left tire and to please repair it. After getting my keys back I thought it was odd that there was no mention of it so when I returned home I checked and there it was still in my back left tire. Makes me wonder if my brakes were actually changed and the tires I bought were the actual tires I paid for. What a disappointment.

Town Fair Tires in Topsham is one of the most impressive businesses I've dealt with in a long time. From the minute I walked in, Zach couldn't have been more helpful. He went out to my car, showed me the situation, then inside he explained my choices. He gave me the pros & cons of each, then when I brought my car in, he made sure that everything was perfect. While I was there, I asked for their advice about turning in my car or buying out the lease. Peter went out, crawled under the car, and checked everything...and I'd thought I was just there for tires!

This place is absolutely wonderful!!!

Excellent service from the staff at the Seekonk, Ma location. Nico went above and beyond to help me find out what the problem was with my tire pressure. I was in the day before and two mechanics also helped me.

Ordered rims and tires for sons car, they came in and winter of the Claremont nh town fair tire store informed us that they would need to mount 1 of the tires to new rims and make sure they fit because of no return I guess once mounted although they have in writing 30 day ride guarantee, anyway the appt that should’ve taken hr or 2 tops ended up being 4 hours,one reason is they had to travel to another town fair store to get correct lugs,and to have alignment afterwards.that being said as soon as we we’re taking car to few towns away noticed vibrations, like the wheels wanted to come off, so we got back to house I jacked the car up and put on stands and took all BRAND NEW WHEELS AND TIRES to different tire shop and had them put them all on balance machine,3 out of the 4 tire were off one was 3/4 once off another was 1 1/4 ounce off and the last was 1 and 3/4 ounces off, this is absolutely ridiculous and down right neglect and very unsafe,to the “tech” in the bay shame on them and this company before now at other locations have been great but not this Claremont nh location HUGE red flag, oh almost forgot the car pulled to the right after getting back, we just got it from the dealership with stock rims and tires and ran smooth and straight as an arrow like it’s supposed too. Just completely absurd!!!!

Had 4 wheel alignment done in Newton, MA shop. Customer service from Jake and Cory were great. Brought my car in at 8:00am, done before 9:00am. Courteous, prompt and professional! Kudos well deserved.

Today, I called TFT in Walpole, MA and asked if they had time to check a slow leak in one of my wife's tires. The answering service told me they couldn't give me a wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. I drove 20 minutes to the location, arriving at 1:15 and they told me they could give me a 2:30 appt. I figured I could kill time and come back at 2:30. I arrived back at 2:25 and was told it may take 1 1/2 hours, but more than likely only 45 minutes, great. I went and had lunch, arriving back at 3:05 anticipating some progress, the vehicle had not been touched. I gave it it until 3:15, walked to the desk and asked when it might be looked at. The "manager" Steve told me that it should be soon, the tech is just getting back from lunch and will likely get right to it. I wasn't overly encouraged with Steve's response, so I confirmed that nothing had been done and no charges were incurred and said "forget it, I have to go". I had wasted 2 valuable hours of my Saturday thinking I might get good service-WRONG. The kicker was Steve's response, when I said "forget it, I have to go" Steve said "awesome", that's it, "awesome". I'm guessing that's not likely what Steve was trained to say in a situation like this, correct? Steve made no attempt to rectify the situation. Suffice it to say, I will use this first and last encounter at TFT as a reason to never waste my time at any of your locations ever again and I will encourage everyone I know to seek other, more customer oriented companies with their tire needs. Perhaps you can use this complaint to enlighten your future managers in their manager -in-training sessions.
