Great follow up. I purchased new tires back in October at the Williston, VT store. After installation I noticed one tire losing air and brought the vehicle back to TFT to have it checked out. Skylar at the Williston store got right to this and found that the leaky tire had a damaged air stem. It was promptly replaced at no charge.
Great, fast, customer-oriented service.

Two weeks ago I wrote a fairly negative review of TFT because they refused to take responsibility for a problem that they caused with my car (a broken wheel lug stud). After contacting the Corporate Customer Service and explaining my situation they agreed that I was due a full refund of my out of pocket expenses and took full responsibility. I have now changed my review to a "5" as all of my previous experiences with TFT were very good and all I ask is that a business take responsibility for problems with workmanship. TFT did so I will continue to take my business to them and rate them highly.

They broke my brake line putting 4 tires on my car in Johnston ri Hartford Avenue from banging on it and hole in gas tank not happy with them cost me to fix over a thousand dollars they should of fixed it sad

Bought a new pair of summer tires at the Danbury, CT location to replace my old and nearly bald ones. Brought my mounted winter tires in and my mounted bald and old summer tires. I left the shop with shiny new summer tires on my car and what I thought were my mounted winter tires wrapped up in my trunk. Seven months later, I opened up my winters for a changeover and was shocked to see that townfair had gave me back my bald summer tires! So essentially they took my good winter tires!!!!

I have purchased 4? Sets of tires from Town Fair in Plattsburgh! Last week I purchased tires for my truck! It is 21 miles from your store in Plattsburgh to my house in Port Kent NY! by the time I got home EVERY lug nut was falling off in my hand! SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! If my grandchild had been in that truck this would be a whole different conversation! I was told I would get a call back! Have NOT received that call! Nothing can be done anyway! I will NEVER go back! Lip service thats what I got!

I had such a pleasant conversation with this gentleman which set me up for a positive experience at the Saugus Ma. shop. He offered me obvious well experienced advice with suggestions in a way to not feel like a dumb senior citizen, a woman taboot! He patiently walked me through the tire specifications and appointment availabilities. He also asked for an aarp or aaa membership for a discounted total price. Just a wonderful gentleman. I also want to mention Mike from TF Saugus who ran into a few glitches with my tires but dealt with them seamlessly and "got the job done". Another experienced young man exhibiting kindness, a rare trait these days. Thanks to all.

Had 9:30 appt made over phone. It is now 10:17 and car still not in. Why make appointment?

This review is for Town Fair Tire, Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua NH.

Made an appointment for 4 new tires, didn't want the alignment. They kept pressing me (about 4 times) about why I didn't want the alignment. Frankly I didn't have the heart to tell them that I don't have much confidence in them (bad alignment experience in the past), and that it was hard enough even convincing myself to go there for tires.

The car wasn't even brought into the shop to start the tire work until almost 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time, so obviously a specified time doesn't mean a lot to them.

Got home and looked at the work order. Inflated front and rear tires to 38psi when the door jamb sticker clearly states 41psi. Not really that big a deal but how hard is it to read the sticker. Then I noticed the wheel torque, they torqued the lug nuts to 103 ft/lbs when the spec is 88 ft/lbs. Since improperly torqued lug nuts can lead to things like warped brake rotors this one is a big deal to me. And they wonder why I don't want them touching the alignment.

A one star review might seem overly harsh to some, but the inflation and torque issues are so easy to get right that getting them wrong really shows a near total lack of effort on their part.

The following day I went out to re-torque the lug nuts, and when I put a torque wrench on it I discovered that they were torqued to over 120 ft/lbs. Again, the spec is 88 ft/lbs and the work order says they did 103 ft/lbs. This shows me that they don't actually torque them, they just crank them down extra tight and then put whatever they think the spec is on the work order.

Torque specs are in place for a reason, over torqueing can cause damage. Most people don't check this stuff but definitely should.

The people who work at Town Fair are friendly and helpful. As soon as the customer arrives they are as efficient as possible to find out what is needed and take care of the problem quickly. I have experienced long waits, but the were understandable. This last time replacing my tire was quickly done.
Highly recommended when needing tire repair or replacement.

The Enfield CT store experience was horrible. I made an appointment for 10:30am, and sat to wait. They did not take the car in until 12:45 and finished for 1:15pm. they did not tell me the car was done, did not text. I had to go back in and ask if they were done so I could finally leave. very disappointed that they took up my entire morning. they should not schedule appointments that they could not keep.

Had four tires changed over on my truck. They broke one of the wheel studs and told me they don't do repairs.
I have to go to a real garage and pay them and hopefully get reimbursed.
Next time, I will go the real garage first and avoid all the headaches.
Also, the people were very rude to deal with as was customer service when I called them.
Stay away...go elsewhere.

Every time I go to them they are absolutely amazing. They go out of the way to help me. Explain everything in term I understand.

Great customer service from Hunter T in the Claremont store. Very polite workers and a very clean store. My car was in and out within a hour and a half like they said it would be. I highly recommend this business.

DJ Customer Service was excellent ! He explained everything as we went through the transaction. He even showed me up close the actual tires for comparison.
