Why don't use ? It was a problem of Edmund not Toyota. This Toyoto Rinku Town Toyota rental office is super! Very fast and helpful personal. Super cars - I rented many times.
In my case, everything was very well organized. The pickup was quick and right on time. We inspected the car together and noted all the scratches. The car itself was in excellent condition. On top of that, despite being in the cheapest category, it came with lots of extra features, including a drive-assist system — a nice surprise. The return process was just as smooth and efficient. I was especially pleased that, unlike many European companies these days, they accept both debit cards and cash. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
They cancelled my long standing ( confirmed more than a month ago) reservation due to overbookings?? They emailed me 1 day before pickup and no other cars availbe unless a smaller car for 5x the price at a competitor. And my reservation was for more than 1200usd. Since it was the 24th of dec things got even more complicated. I would really recommend NOT to use this company - highly unreliable and unprofessional. Cheers
