This place is the most difficult place to order online
This place is the most difficult place to use a GC at when you don’t live near one. To order anything online is ridiculous. Some items are “home delivery” with no free in store pick up and other items are no home delivery but free in store pick up.
Then you try to order something and you pay $37.00 for shipping unless you add up your cart for $75.00. Fine, I get that when some other stores do that but you still don’t even get free shipping when you add up your cart. To get everything we wanted came out to be $130.00 because I got a $30.00 dollar credit for going up to the $75.00 but then still had to pay $37.00 for shipping???? That is ridiculous. You sure make it impossible for my girl to order something from you guys.

Poor customer service and outdated company policies
Retailer is totally out of sink with other major companies in Canada. Their policies are unbelievable, and they are unwilling to receive any reasonable representation. My efforts to communicate received stock answers from their customer service personnel. I don’t think they even read the messages. Clearly, I will not purchase from them again. I can get what I want at Walmart and there’s no problem with returns.

Holly who works at Toys r us at the North edmonton store provided a fantastic and friendly service, Holly's experience really showed when we wanted to purchase a new infant car seat, no request was too much and we genuinely believe Holly did what was best for our child, we can't thank her enough. We ended buying the Nuna Pipa car seat.

Don’t shop online here, their return policy is ridiculous. Have a crib mattress that’s supposedly “shipped “ for a month that’s been sitting in Calgary. They have to open an investigation that can take 15 business days. In the meantime I have no proper bed for my 4 month old and can’t buy a new one because I’m still on the hook for this one. Just buy from Amazon or Walmart.

Ordered 8 items -I will say that parcel was delivered within time frame and items well packaged. However-5 items were missing even though online invoice showed all items in stock & all due for delivery .You can only contact Toys r us customer support online and "ticket raised"-whatever that means,Messaged twice -no response ,no email with update -thank goodness I paid via Klarna so they will take up the case if need be. Very disappointed with lack of service or response

I ordered the Nuna Rev car seat online and never received it. When i contacted Toys r Us, after two weeks they basically said they can't replace or refund me since their 'investigation' shows the the delivery taking the route to the delivery address. They couldn't provide me with a picture of the successful delivery or if anyone had signed for it. They did nothing, advised me to dispute the chargers with my credit card. i had to go and re-buy the car seat again from elsewhere - putting me out of pocket.

Toys R Us uses Canpar Express Courier Service
Just to make people aware that I had ordered from Toys R Us and they use Canpar Express delivery service. This is an extremely unreliable courier service and has poor customer service. I will no longer be ordering items that require delivery from Toys R Us for this reason.

I had the best experience in my local…
I had the best experience in my local location (St Catharines) and couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by a girl who looked like she loved what she was doing, and directed to what I was looking for so I could get on my way. From the time I walked in until I walked out I was addressed with smiles and it was seamless. This is my experience every time I go (smiling, helpful staff) and it is what keeps me coming back.

I called the store to ask for a product and the manager, Linda, I believe couldn't be nicer and more helpful! She actually went up to the offices and looked through all the boxes to find the one I was hoping for! She held it for me and I picked it up the next morning. There was an extremely happy child on Christmas with this toy! All the employees in the kitchener location were SUPER friendly and helpful. Thank you sooo very much!

why is it that I add something to the cart and then put in all my delivery info before I learn a product is out of stock. First website I've seen do this. hope my address wasn't sold to a bunch of companies.

I ordered two items for next day delivery & they did not appear. I contacted customer services around 5 times that day as Royal Mail tracking down. They replied by saying I had placed my order a day later which I had not, and had confirmation e mails sent for my order saying it had been processed & due delivery etc. The customer
service team despite e mailing so many times during the day did not respond. Will not be using this company again, and will make sure I spread the word. I stayed in the whole day & had paid for express ( next day) delivery.
Rude Employee
Today dec. 7 2023, around 5:30pm. Me and my 3 little kids were just testing out the trumpets at back area of the store, there was nobody around and thought we could try it out. "An employee lady with green died hair" came up to us aggressively and yelled at us to stop. My little kids got scared the way she approached us like that. She could've said it a little nicer and calmer not just aggressively yell at us and walk away. Hope this gets some attention. Thankyou
Terrible service
Terrible service, my sister tried to buy my son a gift from the states but since the card was from there the only way was to send a gift card, the transaction didn’t go through, and nobody could explained it why, oh and on top of that the only way you can contact them is by chat and the moment you start complaining even though you try to remain calm they end the chat, so there is no way to talk to someone.
Bought an item online
Bought an item online. Order was canceled because they couldnt deliver to my house. Once I inquired, they said I could go pick it up at any store. I laughed at the attempt of an apology that they offered. Saying that they understand, etc. LIES! They take your money, hold it for a week, then give it back to you so that YOU have to go pick up the item. Best part, they "shipped" my item to the wrong store, so I still dont have my item! All I got was "10% off your next purchase" HA HA HA. What a joke! If my business did that, ! would be out of business!
