I was given a timeslot, then called before my appointment to let me know they were close by. Mike G was professional, friendly and got straight to work.

Mike helped me understand the systems fully and double check that no damage had been caused during installation, before heading off.

I purchased a tracker and an immobiliser and am very happy with the product and the service.

This was my third visit to Tracker Shop and as I have experienced on the previous occasions the service was superb again. This time round the person who helped was Yasar Ali.

What a friendly and helpful person he turned out to be. Gave excellent advice and made the process of completing the purchase a breeze.

This is a company that I will return to for any future purchases and therefore do recommend Tracker Shop.

Mike was superb, rang my prior to visit to offer a time slot.
Arrived on time, explained what he was doing & why did the instillation in a certain way.
Once fitted he demonstrated how the system armed & offered any more information if I required it or was prepared to go through the full set up again if needed.
I had to get my daughter to train station as she's travelling back to Hong Kong today so I was a bit flustered, he said no problems, you have my number anything I'm not sure about to please message him, he will reply at first opportunity.
He likes his tea strong with one sugar & a splash of milk if you get Middleton Mike fitting your order

He was very thorough, efficient, very knowledgable, talked me through the whole process in a polite manner.

Fantastic service, Mike was on time and completed the job efficiently.
He also explained what I needed to do and sent me a WhatsApp video of the process to verify what he told me.

Well what a great service from start to finish, I had the goast and dash cam fitted very tidy job and was made to feel comfortable on starting the car up before he left and had no issues since would recommend the service 100% and I’ll be be returning the next time I need any work doing.

Buying the immobiliser, and booking an installation, all of which was done online was very simple and straightforward. Confirmations, by email, followed in no time at all.
The appointment was confirmed by text the evening before and this was also very helpful.
The engineer (Edson Dias) was superb. He was outstanding in his professionalism, technical expertise and polite, friendly manner. He demonstrated commitment, and patience, in ensuring a trouble free installation.
He took the time to fully explain how to operate the system and functions.
Highly recommended.

Just booked my tracker and immobiliser with yas at tracker shop he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about my purchase and gave me good advice, I would highly recommend this company five stars 🌟

It seems as though this company is only interested in selling their product, but offering no after sales,,,, service.
I spent nearly a 1000 pounds with them.
The installation went well.
But now I need some back up on one of there products,
I have had source the repair myself.
That's a 0 out of 10

Great experience having a Ghost immobiliser fitted. Edson communicated clearly with me, was flexible with appointment timing and fitted the unit efficiently. He talked me through its operation clearly. Nice job.

On advice from Trackershop sales, I purchased a Scorpion Quantum 3 as I was informed this unit was ok for self install. I didn’t hear from Trackershop again apart from an email saying they were organising an engineer to come and fit it and another offering extended warranty. The unit finally arrived with nothing more than the delivery note. I looked online to see if there were any fitting instructions but couldn’t find anything. I tried to log on to the Scorpiontrack app but couldn’t as it seems I need more info to enable this. After 8 phone calls (never answered), 3 online messages (never answered) and 3 emails (no reply) I finally got through to someone at Scorpion who gave me a number to call. Turns out the number was for Trackershop and of course it wasn’t answered. So, I’m stuck with a tracking unit that I can’t use. I suppose the only option now is to put it down to a bad experience and return the unit. I’m just concerned they won’t refund me.

Purchased ghost immobiliser online, rang and booked appointment following morning. Although time frame for fitting was not as quick as states online, I only had to wait 1 week. Edson fitted immobiliser and was great from the first message. Great communication and the fitting was super fast and explained perfectly

Spoke to Yas who was extremely helpful in securing a new Dash cam. I’m now awaiting fitting but swift excellent service so far. Many thanks
