Bought ghost 11 immobiliser few days ago had acknowledgement email etc a install date would follow on day 3 full working and none of the phone numbers answer left on hold for ever no answer so reading reviews I can't believe there even true absolute shambles of a operation aviod .

Edson Dias was efficient and personable and made fitting and explanation of a Ghost immobiliser very easy. He even put up with my delaying him by fiddling over my wife’s iPhone to install the (optional) Ghost app. Excellent service - could not be bettered.

Edson Dias was our technician today installing a gps locator and immobilizer. He worked very quickly and did excellent work. Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend his work

Everything was great except the 4hr time slot, I drive for a living and was worried I wouldn't be in the area when Harvey turned up, but I spoke to him and asked if he could call me when he was 1hr away which he did and I was able to get back to my work in time for him to install it, this was the only issue I had everything else went OK and Harvey was a nice guy too. Would recommend product easy to use after Harvey explained how it worked, also now have piece of mind car secure.

Trackershop gave a first class service ,and I highly recommend them I will definitely use them in the future, my installer was Harvey a young man with a very educated head on his shoulders and would highly recommend you ask for him 👍👍

Edison Dias was quick and a professional technician

I bought a Ghost immobiliser, when they came back to me with the fitting date it was 2 weeks away, unfortunately I was away. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund as I would book it again when I wasn’t travelling. It’s been 19 days and 2 phone calls with no refund. Come on, this is not difficult.

EDIT: I just want a refund now as I was away. That simple, 4 calls over a month, lots of promises. Still no refund - that’s all I want

I required a tracker urgently so I could get insurance for a new vehicle. I was promised someone would contact me with an installation date within 24 hrs. This didnt happen. I foned their installation service and they could not give me a date either as they could not make contact with their fitters. I cancelled my order. I now have telephoned and written emails every week and no one replies to them to organise a refund.
Not a great service if you are in a hurry and need a refund.

The engineer, Edson Dias, arrived on time, was well presented and professional. The installation, both tracker and immobiliser was completed more quickly than I had anticipated - about 2 hours in total. Operation was explained clearly.

Edson carried out an immobiliser, tracker and F&R camera install for me. He arrived in good time, was very professional and courteous, and the items were installed very cleanly with wires only showing where necessary (short section of windscreens). He walked through the basic configuration with me, answered all questions, and made sure I had the necessary (mobile) apps installed. I was left with documentation, so I could review and make changes after he left. Great install, and I would like to thank Edson for the install, and Aaron (sales) for walking me through the tracker/camera choices and benefits.

The usual excellent service provided by Jenny Williams.
Another addition to the fleet protected.

Just wish other companies were as easy to deal with.

Great experience from purchasing to fitting. Unfortunately the first appointment had to be rescheduled as it was pouring. A week later Edson came and it was smooth sailing. Job completed withing 30 mins . Epson took the time to explain everything to me and installed the fob on my phone. Thanks Edson
