Everything went smoothly with my new ghost, until the install, the engineer Edson Diaz was solid, but he was sent by the Tracker team with the wrong files for my new model Qashkai, they knew the year and model, but just couldn’t be bothered to check with the Ghost team, it then took over 3 weeks for another visit, luckily the engineer Edson Diaz arrived with new files and everything worked fine after that, Edson went over the starting procedure thoroughly (lucky for me) later I got a mail from the Tracker team installers SGH Connect and the starting procedure had a step missing.
Tracker team seem to be just a middle man and Aren’t very thorough in their prep work…..the only person that I can be very positive about is Edson Diaz the engineer, the rest was not a good experience.

Everything prior to paying, faultless. Once you have paid… Absolute waste of time. TrackerShop and Scorpion are the same company!

I spent £2,000 on a Ghost immobiliser, Scorpion S5 Tracker and front & back dash cams for an SVR along with matching cameras for a Q2 all to be installed on the same day. The salesperson advised me that due to me being down South they would have to wait for “Their fitter” to be available which would be a date 4 weeks away, which I had no problem with.
During this time a friend of mine said why didn’t you use “RetroFit South West” a local company based in Saltash (Cornwall) of which I had never heard of them unfortunately.

When I opened the door on my install date I was confused as the installer was that of someone from “RetroFit South West” of whom TrackerShop subbed out the install works to.
Retrofit I can not fault in the slightest, genuine guys doing a genuine decent job taking care in all parts of our vehicles.
My Scorpion tracker registered and then for a whole month didn’t work. I made numerous of calls to TrackerShop who could not care in the slightest. I was told phone call after phone call someone will call me back to resolve. I literally had to call, and refuse to put the phone down until my matter was dealt with. Then I had a really decent guy deal with my issue and book in a new install date there and then. This was a second booking I now had to make myself available for. Again they sent Retro Fit and again they could not resolve the issue due to it being a faulty tracker that couldn’t find signal. I then had to wait for a new Tracker to be delivered with a built in GPS antenna for a THIRD visit to then be booked. I have since had to chase and email for a response and now i am three weeks into waiting for another response. I have had a tracker installed that I paid for and paid the subscription for, for it to not function or work correctly and I haven’t had a single offer of compensation offered.

I honestly wish I didn’t waste my time with TrackerShop and went direct to “RETROFIT SOUTH WEST” So if your down in the South West I highly recommend RETROFIT South West of Saltash.

As for TrackerShop don’t even waste your time with your generic response, I’m not interested you’ve had plenty of opportunities to sort this… Good Bye

Spoke to Arron who very quickly realised what the issue was and rectified it straight away. Great Customer Service, always been professional and helpful when asking about other products they have to offer.
Would definately recommend to others.

Everything about the process of getting the ghost installed from getting it booked to having it installed was simple and efficient, very happy with the staff on the phones as everyone was polite and helpful I was also very happy with the engineer Edson Dias who again was punctual, polite and explained everything clearly.

Dave messaged to let us know what time he'd be with us and again when he was close by.
He stayed with us until the problem was sorted which ended up being quite a few hours.
Whilst he was carrying out the work he explained the process throughout.

Trackshop was amazing from start to finish, they explained everything to me clearly and provided me with all the information i needed to be happy with my purchase. They booked me in instantly with 3 working days which great.
Edson the engineer was amazing very efficient, kind and great sense of humour and was amazing at explaining and answering all my questions. He installed the device professionally and carefully and then tested and explained everything how it works and also provided amazing advice.
He was amazing with time keeping messeged a day before with time slot and messeged me an hour before he arrived and came on time. Thankyou so much for the amazing service and great conversation

Could not fault the service one bit, was first class. We have used them twice now and both times we have been so happy. Edson Dias who fitted the tracker today was excellent. Fast, efficient and so so lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very easy to organise, great communication, installer, Edson Dias, messaged the night before to give me eta for the morning, arrived spot on. Very friendly and organised, especially with the rain! Installed all in the said time, left the car clean and tidy, gave me a good rundown on how Ghost all worked.
Only negative was at point of sale installation be within 1-4 days, soonest they could offer was 7 days, but managed to get it in 6.

I got the item installed (had to chase for installation as was reaching their forecast timeline) after done I emailed customer service to have a completion certificate. Emailed a few times over the next few weeks and nothing. Finally said they would provide it. That was over a week ago. Shocking customer service.

SGHconnect reminded me of the apppointment to fit a tracker and on the night before their engineer Edson Dias notified me of a 2 hour slot the next day.
Edson arrived punctually within the slot and both his attitude and professionalism were excellent in installing the tracker.
Would highly recommend the installation service.

I enquired about getting an immobiliser and tracker fitted at Trackershop and had the pleasure of speaking with Jenny Williams. She was so professional and explained all about what would be best for my new car. She backed it up with a very well explained email detailing how and why and cost. Based on Jenny’s excellent call I went ahead with the purchase and made my order.

Replied to query very quickly and sorted out my problem. Very impressed with the service
