Great customer service
I ordered a Triton Mitre Saw which had just been released and chose to buy from TBP as I had previously ordered from them and it was a faultless experience. This time round the item I ordered was delayed due to the manufacturer not meeting it’s promises to TBP. From my first telephone call to them I was kept in the loop with a daily call from Ben who chased my order with Triton until I received it. I’m very happy with the great customer service and am delighted with my new saw. Even though this wasn’t a seamless order the team at TBP went the extra mile to ensure I get my delivery as soon as possible.

Really disappointed in the customer…
Really disappointed in the customer service, after reading reviews I’m not the only one expecting a delivery. I had been over a week for some sealant to be delivered.
Can some one respond back and tell me what is going on. Please don’t tell me it’s an issue with the the deliver or supplier as I have rang both, deliver have stated nothing sent and supplier stated plenty in stock.

Further to our conversation earlier, we have spoken to Everbuild and they are unable to confirm the stock conversation took place, They have however confirmed that the white colour is out of stock and is no longer on our website for this reason.
The grey has been dispatched today as confirmed and will be with you tomorrow via DPD. As we didn't provide any delivery information until after this review, we are struggling to figure out how you managed to discuss a delivery with a courier before we had assigned a courier to the delivery.
The white has been refunded as per your request, please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance in the meantime.

Sika Fastfix looks like wrong colour
Ordered Sika Fastfix in Deep Grey but it looked more like brown (Buff) when put down, both tubs were open when they arrived but bags were still sealed. Ordered the same from Amazon (Deep Grey) and it's the right colour - grey! So now my patio has half brown and half grey joints. EDIT (as I'm accused of slander) - I did wonder if they'd mixed up their batches because the tubs were not sealed, but I'm sure they wouldn't do that because they're a reputable company and I don't have proof of this. Problem is, it was too late to phone them to rectify the issue once I'd spent all day applying the product only for it to dry brown and not grey.
Delivery wasn't as bad as others are saying but did take two weeks via FedEx so I had to chase once. Giving an extra star because I did actually receive something for which I'm grateful.

We categorically do not do as per your assumption, that is completely untrue and we very strongly refute this.
We sell it exactly as we get it from the manufacturer.
Did you contact us when you found it wasn't as you wanted, we 100% always sort out any issues, it might well have been a batch fault from production - and we would have sorted it all out for you with the manufacturer.
We will call you tomorrow when our office is open and we will try and rectify the colour issue for you.

Efficient and friendly service
I called up to confirm if they had a product in stock. A very nice gentleman (Ben) advised they did but there were delays to deliver due to the bank holiday backlog. He asked how soon I required it and I told him by the weekend. He said he was going to make my order a priority and assure that he would put it in the post immediately. I have just had my product delivered less than 24hours of putting the order through :-). Thank you Trade building products, very efficient service and a much better price than the competitors.

Very poor customer services
Very poor customer services, rang twice to ask where my purchase was to be told they have been dispatched, I didn’t believe them so rang parcelforce and it was never handed over to them.
Rang back and they told me they don’t have the stock of some of the products I’ve purchased, so the put my delivery on hold.
I’ve now got to wait over two weeks to receive an order that was in stock when ordered.
I shouldn’t have to ring parcel company to find out the company was lying to me.

Your order was collected by the courier company on the 11th May with a next day delivery service against it - when couriers collect orders from our depot, they should be scanning the items at the first contact which then activates the tracking information that our customers then receive.
Unfortunately it appears on this occasion, your order wasn't scanned and the tracking information wasn't then activated. When this happens, the courier will say that they haven't received the order from ourselves when that isn't the case at all.
Once we were notified that your items had still not arrived, we moved quickly to find out from the courier what had happened to your order.
We then decided to organise a replacement delivery for you, however one of the items that you had ordered were now out of stock and we were awaiting our replenishment order from the manufacturer and we advised that we could send out the other items and wait for the out of stock items, but that was refused by yourself.
We then proceeded to action a full refund for you and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Great product, the DeWalt honey boot ordered and had the item within a few days. Great service, in the trade currently stock is hit and miss. Brexit, Covid and material shortages are taking their toll on everyone. Thank you for making this a nice shopping experience.
