Purchased Geofix grouting for patio
Purchased Geofix grouting for patio, 3 items were delivered broken/hard and unable to use. Contacted company and within 3 days had the 3 items replaced and finished off patio with great results. Excellent communication with them and great product. would have given 5 stars had the delivery came intact (but it is more than likely not their fault but the delivery company). I Would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble.

These people are the worst I have ever…
These people are the worst I have ever dealt with.
They advertise as 'in stock' when it is not and continue to do so despite the product being unavailable.
They tell you it is despatched when it is not.
Getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone.
Simply one lie after the next.

Ordered 3 items all showing in stock. Finally received 2 a month later - no emails answered and the only update i got was through chat. Had to chase the third, again through chat, 'told' it had been sent (not true), but that it was now out of stock so i would be refunded.
They continually failed to reach even the most basic level of service.
