Great service, quick delivery, competitively priced underlay and door bars.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed to order Novostrat Sonic Gold underlay and receive QA Super Gold instead. Deliberately ordered from tradepriced as they listed the genuine Sonic Gold. Unfortunately we were laying the laminate the same day as the underlay was delivered so we had no option but to use the QA product.

Update: Further to the below response, your website does certainly need updating in that case as it's very misleading. Your website suggests you are a supplier of Novostrat laminate underlay (Novostrat logo directly beneath the 'Why buy laminate underlay from us') and you list the underlay as Sonic Gold rather than Super Gold which you actually supply. If you don't stock Novostrat then you shouldn't be using their logo on your website.

Ordered a couple of rolls of TimberTech2. Arrived on time and in good condition. But had to send back due to an error on my part. Customer service responded quickly and I received a full refund.

Very poor communication try to answer your phones please give genuine delivery dates customers book in carpet fitters arrange days off work,which then has a knock on effect into people’s very busy lives,when you dont answer phones or communicate this day and age is totally irresponsible and a genuine disregard for customers and lack of care.
In this case you can’t pass the blame on to your couriers unless they sit in your office and stop you using your communication devices.
Also you do charge for delivery which is a service and not a good one.
As in any business the book stops with the directors and no one else.

Repeat customer. Ordered on 17th October. standard delivery arrived at lunchtime 19th Oct, order as requested. And saved over £50 on the equiviant from Carpetright.
Do not ever buy carpet gripper or underlay from Carpetright, as you will pay well over the odds....

Ordered a make of underlay based on a bit of research that this company would deliver the genuine type and received a completely different make in it's place. Unfortunately due to the sick delivery charges to the highlands(45 quid for 3 foam rolls and then of course add vat which totals over 3 times the normal amount), I had it delivered to my brother a bit further south to avoid these charges and he signed for it being none the wiser that this was not the genuine product. When the parcel arrived my brother spoke to the courier who was from Parcel Force. The courier told him they have a depot in Inverness - the charges are a disgrace.

Bought the carpet and laminate underlay, grippers and door bars for my whole house. Order RC21442976 Very good prices, good products and fast delivery. My builder took delivery and realised I ordered the wrong laminate underlay so refused delivery of them. Delivery drivers called the office and agree to take them back. Its 7 weeks later and still no refund - they are asking me to prove I sent them back - I asked what kind of proof they needed and no response to this, pretty hard to give proof you don't have something.

I placed an order at 08:00 am. 3 full rolls tredaire dreamwalk 11mm underlay and it was delivered at 10:00 am the same day. Absolutely amazing delivery.
So much cheaper than carpet right for the same quality underlay.
Excellent service, excellent product, excellent price and out of this world delivery.

I bought their Tredaire 11mm underlay and it arrived 2 days early which was firsty impressive. But most impressive was the cost per roll at only £2.97 per square meter. Carpetright tried to rob me of £ 11.99 per square meter for the same product which is approx 400% more. Buy from Trade Priced and save yourself a small fortune on your quality underlay

I ordered 3 rolls of duralay Kensington deluxe underlay which they had the best priced on the internet and paid for premium delivery for 3/10/16. everything from start to finish went so well great company no problems at all I would highly recommend this company many thanks to all the team.

Hi,I purchased underlay and gripper from you on recommendation from a friend.I found the website was good and easy to find what I was looking for and at a lot less than I was quoted at Carpetright.All arrived safely the next day and it would have been a 5 star review but I didn't receive a tracking email which would have been helpful.

Ordered 9 rolls of cloud 9 at a very good price. Found it a few pound cheaper the next day and emailed customer services who refunded the difference immediately and gave a good quick response to my enquiry.
I opted for economy delivery as I needed my underlay within 6 days. Tradepriced dispatched the same day as I ordered and the delivery was made within 48 hours, driver rang me on approach to my address and even wheeled the pallet of underlay down the drive for me.
Only thing that would improve the service is maybe an email to confirm the order has been dispatched and when it is expected to be delivered. If I hadn't emailed customer service about price matching and also asking about the delivery, I wouldn't have got the information.

Helpful staff, competitive pricing, and very fast delivery, these folks are one of the best suppliers I’ve used recently.

I recently ordered laminate underlay. I paid for "Premium" specified day delivery. I took the day off work for delivery on the 16th November. No delivery! Phone calls and emails to XDP EXPRESS went unanswered. Early the next day I got an email from XDP to say my delivery would be on the 17th between 1:16 and 3:16. I had to take another unpaid day off work, the delivery arrived around 8:30am!

A terrible service and the unpaid day off work cost more than the order.

I emailed trade priced requesting a refund of the so called premium delivery. No reply has been received. A company best avoided.
