In all my years of ordering and waiting for stuff this has to be the smoothest most impressive I've ever experienced.

The website is brilliant, its easy and straightforward to place an order... there's no guff or blab just easy menu's and a very straightforward checkout. I had ordered all my underlay & accessories for an entire house in a matter of minutes.

Everything arrived the next day even though I chose 3-5 day delivery so I'm well chuffed.

I spoke to a couple of guys on the phone at tradepriced... once before I ordered and once afterwards when I was waiting for the stuff.... firstly its a free phone number (0800) and second I was put through straight away & they were both really helpful.

I cant say enough good words about this company & would like to thank them for saving me loads of money and doing a 5 star job.

Cloud 9 underlay ordered for delivery one by TNT for four days time on Thursday
Yodel delivered the small part of the order Wednesday night and told me the other part would be Thursday. Still showing as Selby service centre on Friday so rang Tradeprice and they said they would send another one out.
Monday got an email to say Yodel 24hr service for delivery Tuesday.
Needless to say it did not turn up on Tuesday and arrived Wednesday afternoon so advise giving a few weeks grace before carpet fitter is due.

Ordered underlay, specified delivery date (today - 27/5/15) and paid express delivery charge which is supposed to do just that, ie deliver on the appointed day.Carpet fitter already booked to lay carpet tomorrow (28/5/15).
2pm today ONE roll of underlay delivered by TNT. Driver thinks because they are busy there wasn't sufficient room on his truck for the missing rolls. Complained via 'phone to TNT immediately, they promised to return my call within the hour, No reply. Have emailed Tradepriced, no reply as yet. Cancelling the carpet fitter now will leave me liable to pay him in lieu of a day's pay. Really angry.

I ordered underlay from Trade Priced and went for the thicker, more expensive option. The underlay seemed fine when it arrived and it was fitted by Carpet right along with a thick pile, high quality carpet that we bought from them. After a few weeks we started to feel solid hard lumps under foot in sporadic places so we had Carpet right back. When he took up the carpet he discovered the hard lumps were in the underlay. They are solid lumps of glue that feel like stones to walk on. Trade Priced are unwilling to do anything about it and are now not returning my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY YOU ARE TALKING ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! IT WASN'T BUDGET UNDERLAY I ORDERED AND EVEN IF IT WAS I STILL WOULDN'T EXPECPT THE HARD LUMPS IN IT. SECONDLY, IF IT TOOK A YEAR TO SHOW ON YOUR SYSTEM I COMPLAINED THAT IS BECAUSE FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS YOU IGNORED MY EMAILS! FINALLY, AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD I COULD RETURN THE GOODS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND! I WAS TOLD TO SEND A SQUARE FOOT BACK FOR TESTING TO WHICH I REPLIED I COULDN'T AS THERE WASN'T MUCH SPARE AND WHAT WAS SPARE WAS DISPOSED OF AS AT THE TIME WE DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH IT AND I WAS BASICALLY TOLD TOUGH LUCK! HAD I HAVE BEEN OFFERED REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WE WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SITUATION AS I WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THAT OFFER.

Having never ordered underlay before, I had a look in your usual big high street carpet shops where there prices are ridiculous. Had a look online and came across this company. At first I thought it was too cheap to be real. But doing research and ordering from them I couldn't recommend them more. Spoke to a lady in the office who couldn't have been nicer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Having seen the price of underlay in the carpet stores I thought I would try a search on the internet to see if it was much cheaper there. Luckily I found tradepriced.co.uk. whose prices were under half the price of the big stores. I was a little worried that their service might not be the best but I needn't have worried. I ordered three rolls in the morning and they arrived the following afternoon.

Booked and Paid for a delivery for Tuesday. Took the day off and waited. It never turned up! Emailed Tradepriced as their phones were shut at the end of the day and got a quick reply the next morning. Its due for delivery on Wednesday! I asked them what happens when nobodys home as I was at work. I got ignored! Luckily I have a carport at the side of the house so the delivery guy was able to dump it there. Only got a little wet! I emailed for a name and address to complain to. Guess what, ignored again! NEVER NEVER NEVER Order from HERE. I used carpetunderlayshop twice before and they were brilliant. For the sake of a few tenners i wouldnt go anywhere else again.

Also a courier issue does not cover the fact that email responses were selective. You had your chance to look into my complaint. I have asked trustpilot not to make my order reference available as I want nothing further to do with your company.

How do they do it? Saved myself over £700 using them for my underlay compared to the quote I was given at the shop! Ordered at 3.40pm Tuesday and arrived at 0815am the Next Day. Will be back

Have used this company for the past 7 years and all dealings have been excellent.Have recommended them to everyone I know,weldone Tradepriced.co.uk will be back to save more money in the future! My carpet fitters have started to use them too saying they couldnt buy from the trade as cheap!

Though the website may not look like much, tradepriced.co.uk provided a very good service.

They were competitively priced with regards to underlay, and charged minimal delivery costs. I was able to book a delivery date, and was able to track my order. The products came intact on the date chosen.

I had no negative experiences when ordering from tradepriced.co.uk, and I would definitely order from them again.
