Traders With Edge 

my account was locked i was told i breached hard rule...
the daily loss limit is $750.. I was no way near that ..I had 2 loosing trade.. with adequate s/l.. but was waiting on the pull back... and thats when they just close the trade... seconds later the trade went up... it looks like they just didnt want me winning the trade...

I have been unfairly treated... and its wrong for this company to take money without giving them the opportunity that they deserve...
I have been trading for years... and I know the rules...
I did not breach any of their rules...
I have asked for my money back... this is only my 2 nd day of trading...
I think this company is targetting small traders.. I am a victim of .. i used my bill money to enter this trade and now its been stolen literally... thats how i feel... its not right and other people should be aware ... if they dont like how y trade they will lock yr account...i feel thats what happens here... I stick to the rules and get shafted... so I feel scammed...

I'm usually slow to write a negative review as I find keeping emotions in check and engaging in civil discourse a better way for parties to resolve an issue. Be that as it may, I've run out of patience with TWE.

I hit the profit target in the 2nd Phase (verification stage) of the 2-Phase Hare Challenge on June 16th, 2025. By Friday, June 20th, the account still had not been reviewed. Finally, after sending two e-mails, TWE reviewed the account on Sunday, June 22nd. I received an e-mail stating I had violated the lot manipulation rule on my "instant funded" account #355453. As such, TWE stated "we will reject your payout request and close your funded account."

1) I've never had an instant funded account with TWE. I had a 2-step Hare Challenge.

2) I've never made a pay-out request with TWE.

3) Upon reviewing my trades in Account #355453, my smallest lot size was 15.81 and my largest lot size position was 31.92. This is well within TWE's 5x deviation rule.

I e-mailed TWE on June 22nd pointing out the discrepancies in their review and got a response from Jerome & Ariawan apologizing and saying they would point out these errors to their risk department and have them take a 2nd look. This was 72 hours ago, and I haven't heard anything from TWE.

Out of curiosity, I took the extra step of reviewing my trades in the Phase I step of the challenge (Acct# 221950) and did find the violations they described. Bear in mind, I had already received a certificate, signed by then CEO Samuel Junghenn, stating I had passed Phase I. At the time, when I committed the violations, I reached out to their live support in discord to get feedback and never got a response. I explained the positions were taken in error and immediately closed after realizing the mistakes. The times opened and times closed, recorded in the dashboard logs, shows the trades were only open for a minute to minute and a half.

Again, even though I made these mistakes in Phase I, TWE provided me with a "Certified Challenge Account Passer" certificate stating I had passed Phase I.

Again, this certificate is SIGNED by the then company CEO, Samuel Junghenn, and yet they claim I breached my Phase II verification stage due to violations in Phase I.

Does the former CEO of Trader's With Edge, Samuel Junghenn, know the risk department at his company is not only misidentifying accounts but failing challenges based on violations in phases in which he has personally signed and issued a certificate stating the trader passed that phase?

I've kept records of everything and have identified traderswithedge.com as not being a regulated financial firm, nor do they hold a direct trading license. However, their broker is Swift Trader Ltd, which is a regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA). Their license number is T2023364.

I'm asking TWE to do the right thing. Place lot size and/or risk exposure limits on the account if you deem it necessary but, do the right thing, and issue me a live account or refund my challenge fee.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Traders With Edge. After completing and passing their funded challenge and meeting the 10 active trading days requirement, my payout was denied and my account was closed under accusations of “lot size manipulation” and “attempting to circumvent trading rules.” These accusations are completely unfounded.

All trades on the funded account were copied in real time from my personal, live IC Markets account, which I can prove with verified trade history. I trade consistently and profitably on my live account using strategies that are 100% viable in real market conditions. A few trades closed in under 30 seconds, not because of manipulation, but because market conditions required it. That’s how real, responsible trading works.

To claim that I tried to cheat the 10 active day rule by closing trades too quickly is absurd. Nowhere in their published rules does it state that trades must remain open for a minimum time to count as a valid trading day. This seems like a retroactive excuse to avoid making a payout.

What’s worse is the clear pattern of behaviour I’ve observed: vague rule enforcement, denial of payouts, and refusal of challenge refunds. It gives the impression that the platform is more interested in disqualifying profitable traders than supporting them. This is not how a trustworthy prop firm should operate.

I spent a significant amount of time and effort trading properly, only to be met with what feels like deliberate obstruction and bad faith treatment. I urge anyone considering this firm to think carefully and read the fine print, especially the unwritten rules that they may later use against you.

Avoid unless you’re prepared for frustration, lost time, and to fight for what you’ve earned.

I passed 1 phase challenge right before good Friday so it takes longer than average 2 business days to review my account but on Wednesday which is today i finally funded, so far good responses, thank u very much,

is not worth the try cause 3 losses totaling 33 dollars is not allowed on an account of 5,000 which i spent 50 dollars and i spent 387.dollars on a 200,000 account and you cannot even trade with one lot the acess ment on all propfirm trading is garbage you cannot depend on making any money is best to sell cocaine if you want to see profit coming in fast how ever dont sell cocaine or what have you uts agains the law .do trade your account or when you get to the top open a brockerage instead if you want to see big profit coming in fast.trade on overseas brockerage cause they give you 500 to 1 leverage the usa will catch up and will give its residance the 500 to 1 leverage .the usa citizenes need fast money coming in cause we need to open up bussiness with this money .and more employment for our people.also if you stick to their rule you will make 25 dollar a month.this is its access ment on all trading prop firm
