1. Our guidelines, including the prohibition of using Expert Advisors (EAs) on Instant Funding accounts, are transparently stated on our website. Every trader, prior to registration, should thoroughly read, understand, and adhere to these rules.

2. The stop loss requirement you've highlighted is specifically applicable to the Instant Funding accounts, the very account type you chose. This rule is explicitly and prominently outlined on our website, ensuring all prospective traders are aware before they decide to engage.

It's essential to note that the parameters and guidelines set for our challenges are there to create a structured, fair environment. One can't bypass or break these rules and expect to successfully pass the challenge.

We have always aimed to maintain transparency and open communication. While we understand the intricacies of trading can sometimes be overwhelming, we genuinely value our community and continuously strive to enhance the trader experience.

I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review regarding your experience with https://www.traderswithedge.com. I understand your frustration with the situation, and I would like to offer some clarity.

When our staff checked your account balance, it was found to be at $4759.32, which seemed to be over the maximum loss limit of $4,750. Accordingly, we informed you that we would consult with our tech team to understand the situation better.

Upon thorough investigation, our tech team discovered that your account had experienced a running loss, and at a certain point, the equity fell to $4,745.82, which is below the maximum loss limit of $4,750. As a result, this triggered the automatic account closure as per the policies in place.

I understand this situation may seem frustrating and sudden, but the automated closure was implemented in accordance with our trading parameters. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to ensure that we are committed to providing transparency and clarity to our clients.
