An Honest Review About Traders With Edge
Hello guys. First of all I haven't finished the challange so I didn't get a payout yet. So I'm going to write my review about spreads/slippages and most importantly their great customer service.
Their broker is Go Markets. I had never have any issue with the broker. I didn't experience any bugs or server shut down. I think it is pretty stable. I traded two 50k accounts for a month and I have never experienced slippage issue. Even during the red folder news events my stop losses triggered perfectly which is awesome. I think Go Markets doesn't have liquidity issues.
Spreads for indices meets industury standarts which is pretty decent.
Forex commissions are decent and no commission for indices.
Spreads for forex is much lower than standards. EURUSD spreads are mostly in between 0 and 1. I can remember in one of my trades price almost reached my stoploss there was 1 or 2 points left but my stoploss wasn't triggered and that trade was a winner. Some other prop firms were triggering my stoploss with the double or triple spread that I see on MT5
Last but lot least I want to talk about the customer support. I had an issue about one of rules and there was a misunderstanding due to that. My accounts were still in profit and I was expecting to get a free retake but accounts were breached due to 30 day inactivity. I reached out to support team let them know my situation. At first they said I am not entitled to get free retries due to the inactivity breach but they offered me one of the accounts to show their good faith. After I explained myself they acted fair. They know when they are right and they accept if they are wrong and they are willing to compensate if there is a mistake by their behalf.
Even though I haven't got a payment yet, I trust them and everytihng is good so far. I'll add my reviews about payments as soon as I get one.

The account rules are clearly laid out before you purchase an account. It is important for traders to read the rules of the challenge before undertaking the challenge.
As you have broken the No Manipulation rule, trading properly for 2 days and then using the minimum lot size to pass the remaining 3 days, your account was closed.
So, regardless of whether you think it's unfair or not, it clearly violated the rules.
If we allowed this, there would be no point in having the minimum trading days requirement on our challenges.

We were in constant contact with you in order to give you the benefit of the doubt and even offered you ways to get your self back on track.
We don't have much we can do here because if we start breaking the rules for one person, we'll have to break them for everyone. What would the point of a challenge be if we did it for everyone?

Amazing people, don't just look to take your money because if they did, they wouldn't unpreach my account
Basically, what happened is that I bought challenge on 23 November and didn't start it until today.
Account was banned for inactivity, but I just contacted support explained everything they checked and they unreached my account.

A great experience with TWE
A great experience with TWE, great advantages for traders, challenges with phase one and two of 60 days, you can even customize more time at the time of purchase, the firm works with a good broker, fast execution, almost no slippage, everything within the normal range. Honesty and transparency throughout the merchant selection process.

The rules of an account are clearly laid out before you purchase an account and also on your dashboard.
The rule violation happened over 2 weeks ago. We email you about this and didn’t receive any reply from you.
You violated the maximum drawdown rule so the account was closed as per our terms.
So while you may think it’s just a small loss, it clearly broke the rules.
There is not much we can do here because if we started bending the rules for one persons then we would have to do it for everyone. If we did it for everyone, then what wold be the point of having a challenge?
We hope that you revise the one star rating as we can not control how you use the account. We can only provide good conditions and customer service, the rest is up to you to make success.
