Prompt delivery, great packaging and super products. Highly recommended.

Great company with some prices as authentic as the products, ie not massively upped. Some hard-to-find produce, eg for me squid and tom yum soup mix; where found elsewhere werw far more expensive. Only downside is high shipping costs for frozen goods but it still works out cheaper. I recommend for quality, service, packing, pricing and range.

While my original review detailed the issues with my order, the response from Tradewinds Oriental Shop does not address the core concerns. Instead, it focuses on technicalities around stock and implies my cancellation caused the problem. In reality, the frustration stems from dismissive and unprofessional communication, repeated pressure to accept a partial order, and a lack of transparency about which items might be out of stock on their website.

An apology for “inconvenience” does not reflect the time and effort wasted over five days communicating with your team member, which extended my inconvenience by making your out-of-stock issue my problem. This falls far short of the service expected from a specialist shop and has left me questioning my decision to order from this shop.

I love this shop and enjoy shopping both online and in the physical store. The products are always fresh, and the staff are wonderfully friendly in both places, as I regularly use both online and in-store shopping. The selection of Asian products from Korea, Thailand, and Japan is fantastic. I highly recommend shopping here!

I used Tradewinds for the first time this week and was very happy with the service. I love the Big Bowl Kinchi noodles made by Nongshim Shin and was sad that my local Morrisons had stopped stocking them completely. At first I thought they just wasn’t being made anymore, but happy to see I can get them online!

Getting them online does work out more expensive as I bought 3, plus shipping, was £8.50, but think it’s worth it since I enjoy them so much. I orded on the Monday, shipped on the Wednesday and received within 24 hours. I’ll be back to purchase more in the future!

Easy to order, the best price, and the delivery was fast + excellent. There was no chance of the box of pots getting damaged, it was packed so well. Getting into the strong outer box was easy, but I had to use a stanley knife to get through the layers of bubble wrap which protected the inner box. I only buy the Pink Apple pots, they are the best available. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you
