I was unable to buy traffic from them. First there was a technical problem; the Launch campaign button was missing in step 5. Then I decided to remove previously approved advertising banners from my account. I uploaded different banners 12 times and all banners were rejected. Although I already indicated in the banner itself a direct link to where exactly the transition goes. I deposited $250 into my account, but never used it, all my banners were rejected. It's been a week since I tried to launch an advertising campaign with them. I asked, please, please return my $250 to me. I wrote a letter, twice. Trafficjunky Running Tech Support to scam people my father got scammed for 1 million dollars just because he was watching porn sudden tech support popup come by the ad of traffic junky and they did scam my father for 1 month i have all ads proofs which they are using.

They claim 3600+ clicks
My tracking link I used says 2206 and they are probably fake clicks anyway

0% is not normal and it's a serious anomaly

They charged our client 200€, blocked the account (although no campaigns were created so there was absolutely no chance to do anything against the rules) and the support is just ignoring our inquiries. Probably a scam.

I registered on trafficjunky, made my banners, uploaded them, they got accepted, made my campaign, and it was approved. So i deposited.
To deposit 250$ i paid roughly 300$ with the tax .
Next day my creatives got rejected and they are saying that they cant work with ''this kind of product'' so i asked for refund, they accept (thats fine with me)

Now they are saying that it will take 30 days to get my money back, and - im not kidding, they are saying that i only will get 250$ back, thats just fraud. Why would i have to pay VAT for service i never received?
In the last email they said that if i want to get VAT back i need to provide my VAT nubmer (like company tax paying number) which is just wrong.

By this logic, if you go to store and buy tv, it doesnt work, you will get refund , but still pay the tax?

Your company is treating this like i asked for withdrawal of my funds, but im asking for refund.

Please trafficjunky explain this '' refund policy with charging taxes anyway'' publicly.

You understand that your company made a mistake by approving something you shouldnt?
If this is how you practice business than that makes sense that none of the usual payment methods are offered because you are completely fraudulent. There is no such thing as collecting tax for service you didnt provide. Iv never seen anything like this as a business owner and as a customer.
People , dont trust this company, its not worth it. If you do than reach out to them and ask for a written consent or something, because my product wasnt listed as prohibited etc. The person who reffered me to TJ said that they are shady, im just happy that i deposited the minimum not what we had in mind.
I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company.

left a refund request 3 months ago. Continually checking in and they keep making excuses. They are a fraudulent company and i wouldn't use them.

Greedy scammers doesnt give my money back, I run ads all the traffic came was bots, then I asked for refund but they never gave money back ofcourse, greedy greedy scammers . I will sue them

I can't begin to explain how ridiculously difficult it is to add funds to your Traffic Junky account to get started. Their payment gateways are so hard to use. I first tired paxum, opened an account with them and had it closed instantly for no reason. So thought I'd try wire transfer, to then find out its a min deposit of £1000 (way more than I wanted to deposit due to the other bad reviews). So then decided the only other option was to use their final payment gateway, crypto. Which is so confusing for someone who doesn't know anything about it. Why not just use standard stuff like PayPal or entering in debit/credit card details. Do you not want my money?! I've been trying for 2 weeks to add funds into my account and it's been a constant headache. Majority of the time my emails do you not get a response. How anyone uses this platform is beyond me. Extremely frustrating process

This site is a complete scam. I paid the deposit and I didn't use all the money and I asked them to pay me back and that was 5 weeks ago and every day they just say sorry and whoever deals with this will contact me. Be very careful with this page because it sends fake traffic to your website. This is a scam company. I don't think they will get my money back because this is a scam company. I reported them to a higher organization because they stole my money.

Lise provided me clear guidance on what to do with my campaigns when I was faced with issues.

I don't know how this page can be 4 stars!!! I paid them the deposit so that I could advertise, but I decided not to advertise with them because I didn't sell anything. I have been asking for my money back for 5 weeks and they keep giving me nonsensical answers. I don't think they want to return my money, this company is also a thief. Think about how you use this page. I think there are fraudulent reviews here. Disgusting with a side.

I underwent the identity verification process in order to recharge my account using cryptocurrency as the payment method, as the credit card option was not accepted by your systems. However, after successfully completing the recharge and spending 250 USDT (the minimum recharge amount), I was informed that my payment had been rejected without ANY explanation.

It is unacceptable that my payment was rejected without any justification, and it is even more unacceptable that the live chat customer service was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. I believe it would have been fair and appropriate for your company to provide a clear explanation and to reimburse the amount, especially given the trust that customers place in your company.

While I am grateful that the 250 dollars are not life-changing, I feel obligated to share my negative experience with others and will make sure to leave honest reviews on every corner of the internet. I hope to receive a proper response from someone who is qualified to do so, as I have only received automated messages through email.
