low traffic quality i don't recommend this company

I uploaded a banner on traffic junkie and as that was pending I contacted customer support asking if I was allowed to advertise what I uploaded. she told me, no, so I decided to remove the banner that I uploaded but before was able to do that, the pending on that uploaded was done and I was permanently suspended... let me be more detailed. I wanted to promo delta-8 which is legal in my state to buy and sell. It's basically weed but derived from hemp completely. You can advertise weed but can't advertise hemp? which is much more federally legal... anyways I didn't even create the ad, I just uploaded the banner as a keepsake intending to remove it if I was told I couldn't promo it. I contacted customer service and they don't help at all... everything is pre-written scripts that they use to handle general situations no matter how detailed the initial question or response a customer has. For example, I wrote this to their compliance team "Hello, I'm confused about my account being permanently suspended... I didn't create an ad, I just uploaded a banner. as well as I thought cannabis promo was allowed to be advertised on traffic junkie. I have seen youtube and blogs speak about using this website to do so?
Even your rules and regulations say it's allowed as long as you abide by the state's rule???".... And their response was this...

We have permanently suspended the account under (insert email), due to a breach in our Terms and Conditions."

See what I mean? They didn't even care enough to add the email of my account. It says, (Insert Email) here.
Where they would have added my email if they'd cared enough to be professional.
Even before this incident arrive I was speaking with a customer service worker who ended a live chat with me while I spent time writing a reply to a question she asked me prior. I had to request a new live chat and wait for a customer service rep to answer.

The funny thing is I read Trustpilot reviews about this company before even making an account... kinda wished I listened to the bad reviews

Colton provided excellent service today helping me restore my account and offering additional education I wasn't expecting. He was patient and thorough and provided service above expectations.

we have request refund but after 2month+ still cant get the refund. They keep ask same question and replied same answer. I have provided 3 times bank information but they still asking again and again. Is really bad experience.
