I've had the worst trouble adding funds…

I've had the worst trouble adding funds to the account. They don't take American Express, even though the Amex icon is on the payment gateway, and there's no warning about not accepting Amex. Once I was able to find a different card, I had maxed on my attempts (3). So I called to have one cleared hoping they'd understand that it wasn't my fault that I was using a card previously that they indicated would work. They couldn't remove the attempts, I had to wait until the next day. Fine. I tried again and now it says I have too many cards on file! So now I have to wait 2 to 5 business days to get one of the cards removed. I JUST WANT TO USE THE SERVICE.

I no longer wanted to advertise with TJ…

I no longer wanted to advertise with TJ and asked for my funds to be refunded to me. After about 3 weeks of sumitting all the details they asked for, I had still not gotten the transfer. I then asked what was happening. They told me they needed more info from me.

Why did it take an email from me for me to get this info? Why did they not ask me for this?

Anyways, turns out they wanted info for a US client. I am not based on the US nor have anything to do with the US.

I have requested the funds to be transferred again on several occacions, but I have still not received any.

I don't understand how they can, nor how they are allowed, to handle customer funds this way.

I have not liked the experience and I will probably never trust them with my money.

Update: I wrote the review above 6 days ago. Trafficjunky has had the audacity to reply to this review with the response below asking for another chance. However, they have still not replied to me personally nor have they resolved the issue. They still have not given me back my deposit. They still hold on to my money. What lengths do I have to go to in order to get my money?

Apologies for the delayed response and I'm sorry for the bad experience you've had with Trafficjunky. Just to shed some light on the situation, the communication from the moment you contacted our Customer Care department was pretty efficient, the refund was approved and we had sent all the information needed to our accounting team in order to move forward with the refund, however and upon following up with the bank on the status, only then we learnt that they are requiring additional information to be provided from your bank on the correspondent bank in the US that works in association with your bank in order to make sure that your funds would be received and processed without any delays. So the time it took for the bank and accounting to get back to us was close to 2 weeks and a half, but you are correct in a sense that an agent should have communicated this immediately to you with some more clarity on why the US correspondent bank is needed. That was addressed with the team and rectified.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you would give us another chance to redeem ourselves in the future.

Never come across such a terrible…

Never come across such a terrible customer experience! Chat is absolutely useless! Creatives banned for dmca of facebook because I had the word social media in it. Never once mentioned facebook or had any logos etc. When placing ads, you have to guess which ad sizes are for which site, there's no list to break down. Causing you to make and upload many different creative sizes and have them approved only to find that they won't run them on your preferred site. If this company didn't have PH on their list they would be bankrupt. Wish I avoided these guys before sinking $100 into them

Great support team

Not only did Victor and Josh help me to navigate adding funds to my account, each one took the time to look at what I was doing and gave informative helpful advice to maximize my experience. Although I had a lot of frustration dealing with the automotive side of things the human interactions were top shelf. Thanks guys.

I received excellent customer support!

I received excellent customer support in the chat. Victor was available and responsive and had a very good attitude, I liked his service very much. He clarified different issues I had with my campaign. I am super happy with the service.
