I have booked travel holidays with Trailfinders for many years and without fail have always received excellent service. The consultants are knowledgable and very helpful. I wouldn't use anyone else for my travel plans.

The booking process was easy and we got everything we wanted from our holiday.

We have been looked after by Maisie Riordan who has been amazing from start to finish. She helped us plan our trip and introduced ideas that we wouldn't have thought of and which are now in our travel plans. Her knowledge of the area we are visiting was invaluable as it helped us decide where and what we wanted to do. Maisie is very professional and knowledgable and we will certainly look to Maisie for our next holiday inspirations. Paul Avant

We went in with a good idea of what we wanted from our holiday but knew some things may already be booked.
Richard was extremely patient and constructive in coming up with a plan to meet our wishes. We had to wait a couple of days for suppliers to come back and he kept is fully informed along the way.
We are now fully booked and looking forward to our trip next year. This will be our 9th big trip booked with Trailfinders.

Amazing service, really easy to jointly agree on the best hotel and flight options. Very useful recommendations made and good advice provided.
I only use Trailfinders for our major trips as they are so good!

I believe I spoke with Clair -- she went through the whole itinerary in great details and patiently answered any question I had. It was vey useful and an "good practice" for future booking. Very impressed.

Very knowledgable and confident help received. She really understood our requirements and booked us on a suitable holiday with efficiency. Would really recommend anyone to talk to them about anything to do with travelling! They really know their stuff.

What I thought was impossible or maybe too expensive became possible within my budge!
The person who did all the leg work for me took his time and tried several options until we found what now seems our dream holiday!

Went to Australia with their package. helped sort out flights etc which helped during oil crisis. good team

Was able to call into the city centre office and have a face to face meeting. The staff understood our requests, solved the issues and swiftly delivered a tailor made itinerary with paperwork, intuitive app and timely email reminders. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent service.

As ever Tom Sharman at Chester branch helped us chose our next holiday. He is always super friendly, efficient and has wide knowledge of so many countries, airlines and climates. He has helped us many times now and along with other members of staff there nothing is too much trouble and there is always a warm welcome.

We have been exceptionally good customers with Trailfinders over the years not of late due to illness.
I went to Newcastle branch yesterday to make enquiries about a business class flight but we were told we would have to pay £50 up front because we had made a previous enquiry. It was not the matter of paying £50 it was the way I was spoken to. Totally embarrassing after being loyal customers for a number of year,s . Where has the type of staff gone like Matt Leak very helpful & ,polite to say the least.

So sad we will not use Trailfinder,s in the future just where has the name service gone.

We had a really complicated itinerary but Jenny managed to bring it together brilliantly. She listened to our requirements and offered expert advice. Will definitely use Trailfinders again.

So impressed with our experience with Trailfinders and Andrew Wood the travel consultant. Had a budget in consideration and trying to combine visiting several cities in different countries and Andrew with his obvious expertise in tailoring travel itineraries was able to create an ideal set of arrangements at a very affordable cost incorporating exactly what we were looking for in a SE Asian multi centre holiday. Was for a very special family celebration and Andrew ensured we could achieve everything with flight times and excellent guidance on the time to spend in each location. Choice of hotels recommended by Andrew were spot on. No question was an issue as Andrew very professionally and proficiently responded to all our queries. The Trailfinders app was easy to access and gave all the information we needed from making the booking with Andrew Wood. With lots of time before we departed we also received a well considered pack from Trailfinders with really useful reminders on entry arrangements and confirmed flight and accommodation details. Absolutely would use Trailfinders again for future bookings purely based on Andrew’s representation in arranging this visit. Cannot rate him and the company highly enough. Outstanding!

Have not traveled with Trailfinders for some time but the service and information supplied prior to our confirmation of the booking has been absolutely Brilliant.
