We have used Trailfinders for our holidays around the world for the past 20 years or so.
We have found that they are always there to provide every help possible if any problems occur.
Our agent Simon has been very helpful and accommodating in arranging this Canada break for us.
He kept us uptodate with all informations and updates. He promptly answered our questions and resolved any doubts when arranging this holiday.
Due to the unfortunate curtailment of our Rocky Mountaineer Trip. Simon quickly took up the issue with the company and a refund was promptly issued to us.
We are looking forward to our next venture through Trailfinders in the near future.

Once we told Aaron roughly what we wanted from our trip he put everything together seamlessly. He asked what type of accommodation we wanted and then ensured that it matched our expectations. We changed our minds a few times but he was able to adjust the itinerary and assured us it wasn’t a problem. He also answered queries and returned calls promptly.
We would have struggled to put such a “once in a lifetime” trip together but were confident after sitting down with Aaron that it will be fantastic. Aaron was friendly, professional and very well informed about the areas we will visit and recommended tours which will enhance our experience. He made the whole process feel easy.
The ViewTrail app is super and kept up to date with any changes and has all the information you need for your trip.

Having used Trailfinders three years ago to assist me with booking a COVID delayed trip to Australia, I was full of confidence when I walked into the Chelmsford store a couple of months ago to help me with a rail journey to Italy in the middle of September. Armed with my choice of route, thanks to Mark Smith, “The Man in Seat 61” rail guru website, I sat down with Bella Williams to make arrangements. All went well. Hotels and rail journeys were booked. Very recently, bad news. Due to work in the Mont Cénis tunnel, there will be no direct Paris-Milan TGV or Frecciarossa trains from 11 September to 9 October. With Bella on leave, it fell to Matthew to reorganise my itinerary. The sticking point was getting me into Italy from Lyon, and out from Rome. Mark Smith to the rescue with the alternative route via Geneva. A detailed conversation or two with Matthew, passing on the routing advice, settled my revised trip. I miss out on Turin, but have avoided a flight from Milan to Lyon from some out of the way airport to another out of the way airport. So, all good. I cannot praise the good folk at Trailfinders for their efforts in helping me with my “Italian Job”. Thank you.

We booked a ten day trip to Kenya in July- five days' safari, five days at the coast. It was an excellent holiday in so many ways. All the practical arrangements worked perfectly, and the only problem - a change of connecting flight (by Kenya Airways) - was handled calmly and efficiently, so that our plans were not disrupted.
The safari days in Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli and Tsavo East, were fabulous, and we were grateful to Pollman Safaris for their organisation and our skilful and resourceful driver.
The game lodges and our hotel - Sarova Whitesands, Mombasa - were very comfortable, and the food was very good indeed.
