My interaction with James Turnbull (and other staff when he has not been available) has been first class in all regards
From his initial setting up of a "bespoke adventure/trip" (based on a "plan" organised with him by two of our friends) to the occasional need to consult on particular issues, all has been carried out with professionalism and good humour
