Train trax is an excellent company for the purchase of Kato model railway products. Their prices are really good and they dispatch orders promptly. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. If goods are not in stock, they will order them for you. I have always experienced the most excellent service from them and I would not consider going anywhere else for my Kato model railway products.

I had a locomotive repaired by Train Trax (bought from another supplier). The repair was carried out very quickly. The item was returned within a week of postage. The cost was very fair considering the intricate work carried out. Overall excellent service.
