Excellent communication from the start. We live in a difficult place to deliver to, and it was all sorted. The trampoline arrived exactly when I was told it would, which was in plenty of time for Christmas. Just need the weather and I will assemble it!

Delivery was secure and fast. The product quality was great too and my husband was able to assemble the trampoline single handedly, withing 5 hours - not bad for the sheer size of it. This trampoline gets beyond a 10 out of 10 from the kids - and has easily passed my "mum, risk assesment" as it is a very sturdy and robust piece of equipment - very well made. Thank you.

I cannot fault Trampoline Warehouse and Hayley was amazing ringing with the follow up of the order call. Sadley the carrier you used wasn’t as good by far as they left the parcel outside the wrong door which meant I had to trail round looking for it as the driver said he had delivered it………yes but where!!!!! Evenutally i found it outside the wrong house
