I transferred an amount to my wife in Marseille, she cashed it at a tabac in the Gare de Marseille St. Charles. The cashier only reeimbursed half the value of the coupon. When she complained they claimed the fault was in the Transcash system. I after this regard Transcash as a fraudulent enterprise so if you wish to transfer money find another honest an serious service.
I also transferred an amount which was not honored when my wife went to collect it. The only result was that she received a message saying that An incident occurred: the code is invalid. I guess this means that Transcash can absolutely not be trusted to perform any kind of transfers. 🤬

Seriously this online banking is really really really bad bad bad.
They tried to help but they charge you for everything you do. From the start payment you recharge card to the transaction passing by adding you card you paid pretty much 30-40% of fees for nothing and all goes to their pocket without notice yourself.
And after they tell you about T&C and fee handling all of those to make money and excuses about they own charges but be very careful and don't go with them.

Indeed, several services are free of charge such as : payment in Europe (Euro zone), mobile payment, PIN code personalization or salary and any social payments you can receive. Make sure you top-up your card in tobacconists or on our website transcash-recharge.com as fees are NOT 30-40%. When you want to load by wire trnasfer or credit card it's 2% etc. Our advisers are available Monday to Saturday on +33(0)1 53 88 22 76 (no surcharge) or directly from your account (under “contact”).

The fees for:
- Adding credit to your card
- Spending money once it's been added to your card - - Withdrawing cash from your account
are all extortionate. Save yourself the headache - just open a normal bank account. There are so many scams that target these cards and the credit receipts you purchase from Tabacs that it's not worth the hassle. Transcash have no interest in replying to messages if you get scammed, there of no help what-so-ever. Unlike credit or debit cards from your bank Transcash off zero fraud protection.
Your customer service team are useless. I tried contacting them several times and got no reply by email. Your fees are extortionate, it's easier and cheaper to open an account to get a normal credit card.
