Big mistake!!

For many years I’m buying domins at Godaddy, I decided try TransIP (big mistake).
I bought few domins for 1 year only, and guess what?..
they charged me for a renewal without even sending an email at least 2 months before stating that they will renew the contract.
When I email to support, their answer was that is written on their terms and conditions that they will renew.
You should avoid this company, who hides illegally that they will charge you anyway next year, if you will not cancel.
Im going full power to sue this company for deception.
Anyone who had the same experience can write a review about it and join me to the lawsuit

They put my website down without ANY REASON

They put my website down without any warning. They just has blocked the domain without give us any warning. The website before to be blocked was down every day around 2-3hours in the busiest hours. The service is really bad. They promise to reply a ticket or mail in 1 hour. I'M STILL WAITING FROM 9:30 AND IT PASS ALREADY 2,5HR WITOUT ANY REPLY FROM TRANSIP.

TRANSIP with 1.2 million clients

TRANSIP has a history of charging random people, who have absolutely no services and no relation with transIP. Why doing this?
they obtain the bank details from all kind of people via dark routes.
when you ask them to stop drawing money illegally from your account they first send you three letters of reminders to pay up.
I know several people in my family and friend circle who never had an account or never requested any service from this company, and got money automatically drawn from their bank, how can they do that? how do they get to the personal bank details, maybe hacking?
The purpose is clear: TransIP is now merging with Combell and claims to have 1.2 mln clients. this is primarily due to their dubious practices to count clients who have been sent a bill, without ever asking for a service. The combined company is now quoted at a market capitalisation of 1 bilion USD (see FD.nl), what a joke. please keep an eye on them (and on your bank account).

I have been trying to cancel my service…

I have been trying to cancel my service for 5 years. My friend who managed the site tried for 2 years before that to cancel the service. The password he had did not work. And because the password has not worked, they have kept charging me every year! And the web site is not even on line! This is a horrible rip off company. I have mailed them every year at least 5 times requesting they not charge me. Every time they respond with a question about the pass word that we have not had in 7 years! BIG RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!! They want to charge me again..... this year! I want my money back! And do not want to pay them again. Who is the authority on fraudulent internet companies in The Netherlands? I would like to file a huge complaint!

Over the last 15 years I tried and…

Over the last 15 years I tried and tested many hosting companies and their VPS and dedicated servers. Since the day I discovered TransIP, I'm not wasting time on searching for something better, TransIP is simply the BEST!! Excellent infrastructure, service, very stable, no downtimes, clear (and cheap!) pricing and finally the simplest, yet the most powerful control panel.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!!

Unavaiable to contact for presales, questions or support no ph or chat

Terrible web hosting company....you can't call them or chat with them for pre-sales questions or technical questions. You have to email them after you register an account. Who would host their website with a company that is only open certain hours and days of the week? Websites and servers can break down 24/7 days a week ... Be careful before you choose this small company to host your 24/7 website. There are many other better host companies out there that offer the same prices and packages.

Best costumer service there is

Best costumer service there is. They always deliver what they say they will and if there's any problems, they respond very quickly and very accurately and solve the problem.
I've been with them for years now and their serivce never lets me down.

Experience it yourself ;-)

I'm a user for more than four years with multiple accounts, and have been satisfied with their services. Don't call, don't rush, but leave an online message even in the weekend, you'll get a reasonable turn around time reply; sometimes within a few minutes, sometimes an hour or a bit more but you always get a reply. Any issue? They're there to assist you. Remember the golden rule: do unto others as you would have others do unto you. In other words: be respectful if you want them to treat you with respect.
Sometimes you don't get the answer you're expecting (if your query is unique), try again at different time, you'll probably get the answer you have expected (from a different colleague with different opinion).
