Kelly was amazing from start to finish. She did everything behind the scenes so I did not have to. She booked everything we asked for and was patient with my numerous emails. The personal assistance that Kelly sorted helped us immensely. I was travelling with two people with hidden disabilities and one who needed a wheelchair. Kelly booked us in fir all our flights and provided printed travel documentation which was a great help as i don't have a printer.
We were caught up in the air traffic control issue and despite having several clients effected, Kelly kept in touch, phone the airline fir us and got our special assistance transferred over to our new flight.
I will definitely book with Kelly again. She was an absolute godsend when I was very stressed and anxious.

Katie, as usual provided a perfect holiday experience. We had a slight issue at the end of our break with a ferry cancellation- however Katie sorted this out immediately and without any problems. Couldn’t praise her more. Our next trip is already scheduled.

This is the second year running we've used Travel Counsellors (Lucy Thurston), and cannot fault the service we received in arranging all of the details for our recent trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. Lucy is fantastic with her attention to detail, and also with the quick turnaround in any decisions we made. it was a very last minute decision to go on this trip, however Lucy managed to arrange a detailed itinerary/ booked flights for us quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again for our next trip!

When I think holidays I immediately think Danny from Travel counsellors. I put my complete trust in him and have done for years. He is thorough in his work, professional and reliable as well as being a great person.
I don’t worry about potential problems because I know that I have help at the end of the phone all day every day.
All my checking in is done, documents sent electronically and paper which I prefer. Paying over the app is easy and the app itself is great.
Would not use anyone else and many of my friends now use him too.

We booked a fabulous Holiday to Rhodes with Janine Bedford at Travel Counsellors. She recommended the 5* Spa resort and it was fantastic, the Hotel and grounds were beautiful, friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Janine handled everything for us, from booking to the private transfers and boarding passes etc. It was a very good experience and will definitely be using Janine again for all future holidays.

Lisa makes booking a holiday and preparing for the trip effortless. She provides friendly and timely reminders, including visa guidance where required. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for my travel arrangements.

We honestly cannot thank Jo Harvey enough for putting together the most incredible 13-night holiday for us. From the very beginning, Jo completely understood what we were looking for and somehow managed to create an itinerary that was even better than we could have imagined.

Our trip included 9 nights in Sri Lanka, travelling through Uga, Kandy and Hikkaduwa, followed by 3 nights in the Maldives, and every single part of the journey was planned to perfection.

Right from the start, everything felt so effortless. After a smooth flight, we arrived in Uga and from that moment onwards, every transfer, hotel and experience was organised seamlessly. It made such a difference knowing that everything had been carefully thought through and that we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about the logistics.

The hotels Jo chose for us were absolutely stunning, particularly the beautiful boutique-style properties in Sri Lanka. They each felt unique and special, and really added to the experience of travelling around the country. The warmth, friendliness and hospitality of the Sri Lankan people were also incredible and made the whole trip feel even more memorable.

One of our favourite things about the itinerary was the perfect mix of experiences. We never felt like we were rushing from one thing to another, but we also had so much variety throughout the holiday. We experienced everything from yoga, kayaking and bike tours, to visiting temples, hiking, cooking classes, treatments and, of course, the most incredible helicopter ride over Sri Lanka. Then we finished the trip with three blissful nights in the Maldives, including snorkelling and plenty of time to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

And the food was exceptional. Every destination brought something different, and we enjoyed some of the best meals of the entire trip. It was clear that Jo had really thought about the experience as a whole, rather than simply booking hotels and flights.

One of the things that really stood out to us was how available Jo was throughout the holiday. When we decided that we wanted to arrange a helicopter ride during our trip, Jo managed to organise it for us at relatively short notice. It was absolutely worth every penny - not only because the views were breathtaking, but also because it gave us a completely different perspective of Sri Lanka and saved so much travel time. It ended up being one of the highlights of the entire trip.

Jo also arranged so many thoughtful extra touches along the way, which made the holiday feel incredibly personal and special. Those little details really did make a difference and showed just how much care and thought had gone into planning our trip.

Both my partner and I said numerous times throughout the holiday that it was one of the best holidays we have ever experienced. We came home feeling so grateful that we had trusted Jo to organise it for us.

Her professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and genuine understanding of what we wanted were second to none. But what impressed us most was that Jo didn’t just listen to what we asked for - she understood us well enough to create something beyond our expectations.

It really was a memory maker and an experience we will never forget.

Thank you so much, Jo Harvey, for everything you did to make our holiday so incredibly special. We have come home with the most amazing memories and so many stories to tell.

Katherine Hobbs absolutely nailed each and every single element of this holiday for us! She obviously listened and knows her stuff. the rea was EXACTLY what we asked for (proper Greece, not gentrified or fancy clubs etc), simple yet comfortable, well located and well appointed apartment, car hire, flight options. the lot! We will be asking Katherine to organise all of our holidays going forward that is for sure ! Very professional and was at the end of the phone when we panicked over something ridiculous at the airport even though it was well out of "working hours" time.

My Travel Counsellors agent put together a package for me - based on my very specific criteria. They tailored it to fit exact dates/times/venues that I requested.
When my flight was delayed they rescheduled my airport transfer at no extra cost.
The personal touch is invaluable, as is the 24/7 support especially when you have issues abroad.
I cannot recommend Travel Counsellors enough for the personal touch and the knowledge that someone is there to support you and rearrange bookings when your travel doesn't quite go according to plan!

It is an IHG hotel and so I expected the food and accommodation to be good. But the staff made a difference by going out of their way to be helpful and make my holiday as enjoyable as possible.
