Very poor value for money
Circumstances changed which meant I no longer wanted to use my Euros, so called and asked for the card to be cancelled and the money left on it returned to GBP. The charge for doing so was £6 and exchange rate was awful. It meant I was going to only get £53 for 74 Euro.

The web site won't let me change to USD so I can buy Euros. It only wanted GB dollars to Euros. I'll go somewhere else.

horrible company hidden scam fees once you longer use there card for 12months found out they have taken over 60 dollars without noticing tried contacting and the customer service is awful cant even cancel my card with them so they can just take my money that is a scam when i see one they also get commission when you sign up avoid this service at all costs scum of the earth company

Why email an invalid promo code?
They email me a promo code for a 48 hour sale. I log into the app, put in said code, and it comes back with ‘invalid code’. And yes, I have logged in within the 48 hour timeframe. Poor.

My experience ordering a Travelex money card was good. It is an efficient service, when I activated the card the advisor was helpful and took me through the security area. I am happy with my interaction with the organisation.

Simple and effective foreign currency service
Easy to use platform and great option of a simple to use foreign currency card that is easy to use within the app. Airport pickup service also very useful. Great rates if booked in advance.

The online ordering portal worked…
The online ordering portal worked smoothly, however when I went to collect in the airport departures lounge, there was a sign to say the counter was closed for 20 mins (at least, it showed a returning time only). I don't know if this was a break or the opening time, but it wasn't in line with the advertised opening hours, which I had checked in advance.
The staff member was very quick to organise the cash when she got to the desk but I was very stressed about making boarding for my flight and had to run to get to the gate afterwards.
