It's great to be able to organise cash online. It would be great if you could order specific denominations and the rates were a bit better.
Very disappointing that I'm charged for not using the card.

The online ordering was easy to follow and submit.
Cash was ready on the date at the location advised, the service person at collection was friendly and helpful giving some travel tips for using cash or card at our travel destination.

The Money came on all the same denomination , when ordering it did say that they are typically packed as mixed denomination so that was a bit disappointing as both Canada and the USA have tipping so some lower bills would have been great
