Our holiday to the Maldives was cancelled due to the Iran conflict on 14th April. 4 weeks later and we have not received any refund despite continuous chasing. Awful customer service.

Staff smoking and drinking

I want a refund plus compensation.
I was assured after my last booking with them, that left me stranded late at night in Torremolinos as the hotel was closed and had to find my own accommodation that I would have no problems with future bookings.....

You will most certainly have access to all past bookings. Do your customers a favour and cut the bull….! Our holiday to Dubai was refunded…
Our holiday to Dubai was refunded promptly within two weeks as promised , despite our booking being pre-January and therefore handled by the previous owners.
I Was really impressed with how easy it has been and everyone I have spoken to has been responsive and helpful.
We had a refundable rate for our hotel which I think helped the process as that part hadn’t yet been paid for, but the flights were refunded promptly and it’s all been pretty much hassle free.

I’ve given this 5* because the price…
I’ve given this 5* because the price was so good … nearly £3,000 less than Jet2. However, the booking process was a bit fraught. The website is multi-glitchy with airline seat reservations and also on the passenger documents page which was particularly bad and constantly reported an ‘error’ … come on guys, it can’t be that difficult, it isn’t a particularly complicated process 🤷🏻♂️
