I verified they did not have a payment method on my account under “payment method” but was still charged for renewal because they listed it in another place on the website. They refuse to refund on same day they took payment. I also never signed up for renewal. Do not sign up for membership…I never used any of the perks.

Very pleasant staff, meals good and bedrooms modern and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Ten out of ten.

the room was spacious bed very comfortable the bathroom was clean shower was excellent.the meals were very limited and the beef meal was same just added mash to replace roast potatoes.never had £75 removed from my card before to cover what i might use thought car park charges bit much but other than that was lovely stay staff were so nice and attentive would highly recommend

The whole experience was positive. We had to change our booking date due to illness and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
We upgraded to a lovely room. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful throughout our one night stay. The evening with Glynn Purnell was superb. The food and the service was excellent. It was great to meet some lovely Travelzoo staff too. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

Superb delicious food. Great service and very nice venue. The only downside is parking can be problematic.

The position of the hotel is wonderful ,a short walk into Sudbury and lovely views across the watermeadows .However ,the room was very small . There were no hooks to hang anything on , nowhere to put wet towels , and nowhere to put your case . Also , there was a coach party in the hotel and we waited 50 minutes for our meal and only when we asked the waiter where our meal was , did he go and get it .Also when we ordered our pudding ,We were told that it had run out ,and we were the first people to order puddings !!! Lovely location , but otherwise disappointing !! The room was smaller than Travelodge or Premiere Inn rooms !!!

This Luau was incredible. The setting the, the culture, the show , and the food made for a perfect night. This is a must if you are visiting Maui and staying near Kaanapali beach!

Spa and lunch at Solent Hotel … wasn’t the greatest experience… it was very crowded in the pool area, too many people for the size of the pool , not enough lounge beds , had to double up on chairs. Sauna , jacuzzi , steam room all full most of the time … had to wait ages for a space…. Lunch was ok , not the best ….

Great location and very friendly and helpful manager. Room was small but quite efficient and very clean, daily housekeeping and wine included in the room! Nice bedding. Very quiet.

Location was breathtaking. Outstanding service, care and accommodating staff. They went over and above our expectations. It was a special 70th Birthday celebration Spa Break. Thank you Travel Zoo.
