Trendspider stands out

I had a really positive experience with Transpider’s support team. What stood out the most was how responsive and genuinely helpful they were when I reached out. Instead of giving a generic answer, they took the time to understand my situation and escalated it internally.
Shortly after, Justin from their team followed up with a thoughtful solution that showed they truly value their customers. It wasn’t just about resolving an issue, it just felt like they were actually invested in supporting traders and building long-term relationships.
In a space where good customer service can be rare, Transpider definitely stands out. Professional, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them to anyone serious about trading.

TrendSpider - the costs are more than justified!

Was really questioning the costs of TrendSpider and thought I could accomplish the same thing using AI tools like Perplexity. Turned out that TrendSpider is miles ahead of anything I can accomplish using even advanced AI tools provided with perplexity or Anthropic. Fortunately Justin with trendspiders amazing customer support was able to provide a simple way to remedy my mistake-:). Thanks to Justin and TrendSpider - I remain a loyal customer of their amazing toolset.

Joined about 2 weeks ago and already upgraded to the advanced platform. Justin and the TrendSpider team truly will to go out of their way to make sure you know how to properly use all the very advanced functions that come with TrendSpider. 10/10. Looking forward to my next 1-on1 already
