So upset! Place order, never got it, when I contacted them and they finally answered they said they would look into it, filed a claim, the said they would send a replacement, again took along time, they finally said the replacement was on the way, lie,lies, tracked it, again said delivered, never arrived, all I know is they took my money, and I dont have a shirt, no phone #, no real website, no other way to contact them other than retest and wait! Either way as longs as Facebook, and online sellers allow this they will continue to do this!

Don't order, unless you are planning waay in advance. Ordered a Father's Day T-shirt 6/8/19. It was delivered 6/25/19.... Should've shipped at Amazon or someplace I knew would deliver on time. NEVER AGAIN

They had the t-shirts that said what I wanted to say. Good quality. No problems with service. Told several people about the site.

My fault! I didn't do my homework (look up reviews) before I ordered from this place. I won't even call it a company. Ordered a tshirt for father's day for $24. Check my order the next day and they had politely added a $50 sweatshirt! Emailed them immediately and they informed me that they could not cancel it because it was already in production. I received the sweatshirt yesterday and they say my tshirt is in production. There should be some way to put people like this out of business! I am on a very limited budget and that 50 bucks really put a hardship on me this month. Where are the heroes to help with this kind of thievery!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a shirt 2 and half weeks ago for fathers day and it still is processing. I have emailed and they say it could be 7 to 14 days. It won't let me cancel my order. Dont waste your time or money with this company. Worst customer service and you dont get your product on time.

This place is a joke!! Automated email responses, no one actually answers your questions. Was told it would arrive by father's day the tracking says it's still in process and hasn't even shipped. They won't refund or cancel the order cause the generic automated responses say your order id right on time. The number listed for the company is not even accurate!! I would assume for the fact of the worst service ever they got tired of people complaining how horrible their experiences are with them. Definitely not going to do business here again!!

Ordered a shirt weeks ago for Father's Day and it's still in production. Tried to message them and all I got was an automated message saying my order is processing. Not a fan and won't be ordering again.

So far this shirt is great! My son got it for my husband and he loved it....just have to clean it and see how it stands up it the washer and dryer.... but I am feeling everyone about this company so far they rock....

11th day ONE shirt ordered for my husband for Fathers Day and it's still processig....I can't cancel and can't return it when or even if I do receive it! Customer satisfaction is not their main priority thats for sure!!!

My husband and I have ordered from Trensthirt quiet a few times. We love their shirts and shipping is great. They don't take long to get our orders in the mail and they keep us up to date by email where out shipments are. We truly recommend everyone to order from Trens.

It took some to to get here but my dad loved it. Thank you so much. It fit him good.

Great t-shirt. Came in just in time fit him perfectly. And was so nice. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered two t shirts one of them had the wrong birth date month on it the second you can't read portions of the print and they won't seem to make it right. I contacted my credit card company to dispute charges now trensthir response is pretty much your stuck we don't do refunds or returns.

Two hoodies were ordered 6 weeks ago, finally received them. One of them has a printing error. No way to contact them. What a waste of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE BOOBS!!! the customer support is auto templated, no valid email, no valid ph#. Ordered two items for a U.S. Delivery........shipped DHL to Great Britain. Initiated a claim for both items, auto reply says "unfortunately we can only process one claim at a time" They should be removed from FB for deceptive practices. Waiting for any auto-refunds or auto-reorder which probably won't auto-happen...

UPDATE - 4/13: THEY WILL SCAM YOUR CC NUMBERS AND MAKE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES ASIDE FROM THE MERCH PURCHASE....DO NOT PURCHASE USING ANY CC!!! IT HAPPENED TO ME AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO RESOLVE....DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

I am unhappy with the fact that I cannot find an address to return this sweatshirt back to for a refund. It is too small for the size I originally ordered. Multiple times I have reached out through the website's chat and the rep disconnected our conversation and I was not anle to get back through. I'm sending a letter as soon as I can find an address to request a refund. Not happy.

I didn't receive my merchandise. All I got was an empty bag. My wife bought this T shirt for my 50th birthday which was in January and I didn't get this empty bag until March. Thanks for taking my money and not sending my birthday gift from my wife.
