I looked for a small freezer at the right price, found it at Tribal, delivered in fair time, free, unfortunately it arrived damaged, I telephoned Tribal they answered the phone QUICKLY !! apologised, sent replacement recieved 4 days later. What more could you ask for ?

I am really pleased with the purchase and it is as good as I expected. It's really powerful and surprisingly quiet. I'm very happy with my purchase and the price.

Price was considerably below that offered by high street retailers and item was delivered in a few days.

I purchased two Toshiba All in One Computers, and would like to say, that they arrived quickly and on time. I will definitely be using Tribaluk again when i need anything, as the customer service is exemplary, and very efficient, I will just add that as i belong to a cash back site, I also receive cash back on my purchases. I would without hesitation, recommend Tribaluk to my friends and family.

The price of the product was very competitive, and the product has proved excellent. I was informed that the delivery was to be Wednesday and it was.

They took my TV to a random house in my village, nowhere near my house. They weren't in so they took it to another random house even further away from my own. The people at the first house had a note through their door, went to go get it and it was for me! They had to ring me and I had to go and collect it. I could possibly inderstand but the box had my name and address on it so there is absolutely no reason for this. I also find the whole process a bit strange. They don't give you an estimated delivery date and say they will charge you if you aren't in so can't arrange to take it if you don't know when it is coming! Useless and a pain. Also, the person at the first house said the delivery man was rude and just wanted to drop it off as quickly as possible, not caring whether it was the correct address.

3rd time I've used Tribaluk and I'm never disappointed, Received my clear confirmation instantly then my invoice.

The delivery day was arranged on a day to suit me, you then receive an email with the the approx time (normally within a 2 hour window) the day before, then the driver gives you a call just before to ensure you are in.

All in all a fantastic service!

I ordered an LG 42" LED TV from Tribal UK after being recommended by a friend. The TV was selling on Tribal UK for £70 less than most well known high street shops and websites. I had never heard of Tribal UK before and I was slightly skeptical at first, with the whole "if it's too good to be true then it probably is" thing; but I read some reviews, with 92% of them being positive, and a rating of 4.8/5 stars. I decided to go with it. I was very happy that I could pay with paypal and all transactions went through without a single problem. The day before my selected delivery date I received an invoice via email, confirming that the payment was made, and confirming the address and delivery date. Tribal UK can only offer a delivery day, and do not provide a delivery slot (probably the only negative I can find) but my TV arrived at 9:30am! Very surprised, although probably luck above all else.

I would definitely recommend Tribal UK, as it was very affordable and the transaction was entirely smooth. I cannot comment on their customer service, or problem resolution as I had no need of either.

Massive saving on a vacuum cleaner. Same cleaner over £150 more at John Lewis.

I ordered a Samsung vacuum - a Which best buy - at the best price on the web. Really easy ordering process with all the information available. It clearly stated that they were awaiting stock and it was despatched in less than a week on a Friday and delivered the following Monday. It doesn't get much better than that! The only slight niggle is that the couriers don't give any idea of delivery day or time.
Have tried the cleaner out and it exceeds expectations. Here's a very satisfied customer

Apart from a small glitch with the address not being captured during the order, which was quickly picked up and rectified, everything went as expected and delivery was fast. Vacuum cleaner arrived in perfect condition and is excellent value for money.

Thoroughly impressed with the speed of service and communication. The item purchased was the cheapest online and and arrived exactly as stated. To date I am totally satisfied and this is a company I will certainly consider using again.

Customer service staff are not nice. Phoned me to let me know that the item I ordered is out of stock. I asked if I could have different color of the same product. She said yes but I'll have to pay extra. I insisted that it was not my fault if you had the one I ordered, this question won't arise. But she won't listen.
Following day I had to ring again as they have price match policy as I have seen other online store is selling the same product cheaper. But he wouldn't match the price because I already had used 5% online discount code. I told him that tribaluk selling the item for £587 whilst other retailer was selling it for £560. And also I told him that I sould be having 5% on £560 not £587. He said no, after diducting 5% I paid cheaper than the other retailer!!!! But my point was that the 5% is my entitlement and they shouldn't be bothered about it.
However the customer service people are not helpful at all.
