Bought a Tech Link Riva-RV100W TV stand on line. Very competitively priced and delivered bang on time. Will recommend to friends. We have used Hughes, Hunstanton locally and appreciate service and advice also from Hughes King's Lynn.

Our fridge-freezer broke and we thought TribalUK looked good value for money so ordered a Beko. Immediately after delivery, we noticed a series of punctured holes inside the fridge and a large dent to the outside. We contacted Tribal and they agreed to send a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the fridge-freezer was in even worse condition with more severe punctures and cracks, again inside the fridge. All the internal shelves were knocked out of place haphazardly inside the fridge. The units must have taken a huge whack, probably in transit. We had to refuse delivery and were left without a fridge or freezer and a lot of wasted food for several days whilst we re-ordered using another company. We have had no apology from Tribal and we have not had a full refund, as they have not refunded the delivery costs. Terrible - a waste of money and time as we had to arrange time off work to accept delivery twice.

Ordered a 50" smart tv searched locally and on the internet found tribal and also a discount code ,checked reviews ,which were outstanding by the way, choice of delivery slots the delivery firm arrow were great texted and emailed driver rang on the morning to say when he'd be with us great device product and price,

Lowest price I could find on the net, the drier arrived well packaged and right on the time informed by text message 24hrs earlier. Very good service from start to finish and well satisfied with the tumble drier. Would certainly recommend and would use again without hesitation.
