Bought a new tumble drier after my old faithful finally gave up the ghost. I struggled to find a compact drier that had a front vent but was pleased to find one on TribalUK website. Never used them before - never heard of them before. Anyway ordered it and was pleasantly surprised to find I could have a Saturday delivery without having to pay any extra delivery charges. The drier came at the time promised. Two nice young (well not so young but very nice) men brought it in the house, took it out of all it's packaging and put it in it's new home. It works like a dream - seems to dry my clothes a little quicker than my old one so a saving on electricity. Very happy with the drier and couldn't fault the service. Would recommend to everyone.

When I ordered the goods they were in stock and I got confirmation for a delivery so I scheduled time off work especially for a delivery. On the day of the delivery I got a call to tell me the goods were out of stock. When I called customer service they said they would let us know when the goods were available to deliver. Currently still waiting for my goods and considering a refund as I'm not satisfied with the company or the level of service.

The delivery was prompt with an update of our one hour slot.
The goods were as described. We have used Tribal UK before and as usual were very pleased with an all round great service
