Sat in yesterday between the allotted delivery times waiting for a washing machine that never arrived. It was cancelled at the delivery company, but of course they never contacted me as to why. The problem here is that you have two separate companies, the retailer and the delivery company who do not converse with each other. Once the order is placed the retailer Tribal has nothing more to do with it, and don,t seem to care. When I called them the next day they just said do you want to rearrange delivery or just cancel, like I can sit in for another day. I cancelled of course and the washing keeps piling up. Save yourself the hastle and go to a local retailer and pick up yourself.

Found the product cheapest from Tribal. Made my payment online.
Received acknowledgement of payment and that was it.
No other confirmation for several days until e-mail showing receipt and item has been sent out e-mail.
No tracking number or when product is going to arrive. Quite simply unacceptable behaviour for a UK business.
Next time....no there won't be any next time purchases. I'd rather pay Amazon a little more and get assured delivery like nextday on my Prime membership.

Ordered a Vax carpet cleaner, £60 chaeper than buying from Vax and £25 cheaper than anywhere else. Free delivery and prompt service.

I was skeptical about buying the vacuum, from a site I didn't use before, for £99 when in Currys it was at £299 and in John Lewis at £204 but I decided it was worth the risc. Now I'm glad I took that chance. I could pay with PayPal, the item arived when they said it would... very happy with my purchase. I would like to say that youbcan buy with confidence as they are genuine produtcs. I had the serial number checked with Samsung and got a 5 year warranty aswel.
Will definitely buy again when they have other deals to suit my needs.

Prices are good, deliveries are when they say they are going to be and good communication throughout. Would definitely use again.

I ordered my washing machine through tribal on 4th April 2014 and selected a delivery date of Friday 11th April. During the week after I placed my order I received a call from tribal confirming delivery date of Friday 11th April and everything seemed fine. I waited in all day on Friday until 8pm and there was no sign of the washing machine. I tried to call tribal to see what was happening but they close at 5pm and there was no other way to get in touch with them. On Monday we called them and they said that they would deliver on Thursday 17th April. The washing machine did arrive on this date but we had to wait almost a week after our original agreed delivery date which I was not happy about.

Cooker was ordered on Monday, with confirmed delivery for Saturday, I rang them on Friday to ask roughly what time, the said they would ring back by 6.30pm, they never rang, meanwhile I had a man disconnect my old cooker, and take it away.
On the Saturday, they phoned to say sorry but they would be delivering the cooker until Tuesday. I am 77 year old lady who lives on her own, they left me with no means of cooking, I have had to rely on Friends to cook for me.
I have never order anything over the internet before and never will again.

If the on communication is anything to go by I do not hold out an awful lot of hope in the service.

Ordered a toaster from this site and despite the fact there was a very slight mark on the right hand side of the toaster this was by far the cheapest site I had found this specific item and colour from, so all in all happy with my goods.

Waited alday sat 19th April for my delivery tried using the tracking system that didn't work tried ringing no answere even emailed sat night after 10pm to ask where my delivery is that as been payed for in full and it's now weds 23rd April nobody as got in touch with me to say we're my goods are totally unacceptable

Purchased a set of home telephones, they took my money no problem and sent me an email confirming receipt. Then two days later they sent me an email advising of a refund...no explanation as to why or what happened, I received my full money back. Two days later and still I have had no communication from 'tribaluk.com' or from 'Hughes Tv & Audio Trading as Hughes Direct' who they were transacting on behalf of. With this level of customer service and the massive amount of comparable business's that exist, I certainly will not place any orders in the future with either company. Very disappointed indeed.
