Tribaluk 

This item is now really hard to find,as it is discontinued by the manufacturer,but tribal are selling it at a really fair price,it arrived exactly on the day described at purchase,and i was kept informed of dispatch,and was able to track the package.A pleasure to deal with.

I found Tribal uk to be the cheapest around for the appliance I was looking for.
They delivered on the date specified.
Will have no worries using them again.

Ordered item with no problems whatsoever, however, the supplier never gave me a Inter City tracking number and never replied to email sent asking for it. No problem with Inter City courier, great delivery on time, or Tribal UK, easy to deal with, would never order from Hughes Electrical's (Ipswich) again), poor customer service in my view.

Wasn't entirely sure about these guys, given just how much lower their price was compared to others, but the order arrived on the day I requested in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more.

Good service, would use the company again. Only thing I would change is the ability to book a more targeted time slot for delivery.

They were 3 days later than I had booked with TribalUK. I had chosen for a Saturday delivery and connection for the purchased Washer Dryer. After receiving messages from the courier, I contacted them but the courier had not recieved the machine into their Depot, so courier could not give a Estmated Arrival Time. Later on Friday evening I was contacted again with the information that the Washer Dryer had arrived at the Depot but unable to confirm delivery until the following morning. On Saturday morning I was texted (not spoken to, luckily on this occasion I had my cell phone switched on, most unlike me) with a date for Monday 10-2pm. Glad to say machine came during this time and all is well.

Item damaged when the men un wrapped it for me ( they opened it in front of me)
Rang to say it was damaged and was offered £30 to keep it. This to me was a insult.
Now I have to wait for another one.

Arrived when said and even called when they were close by which is very handy as you can keep an eye out when they arrive. Delivery men were polite and friendly. Also impressed no extra charge for a Saturday delivery so didn't have to take time off work and the goods purchased are sold at very compatible prices. Would recommend their service.

RECEIVED TEXTS CONFIRMING ORDER AND AGAIN ON MORNING OF THE DELIVERY DAY THEN PHONE CALL TO SAY ABOUT 20 MINS AWAY BRILLIANT COULD NOT FAULT.

First class company to deal with from the ease of ordering to being sent a text to confirm delivery and then again to confirm time slot and then from the driver to infirm me he was ten minutes away and delivered exactly within time slot stated. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The website was wrong in that it stated a delivery charge but this was quickly sorted with an e-mail to TribalUK.
Items arrived on time and undamaged.

Exactly the same product as on the John Lewis website for £104 less which included delivery and removal of previous fridge freezer. Received a text the day before to advise of delivery slot and a phone call 20 mins before delivery. All in all excellent service at a great price.

Was a bit wary as i have never heard of Tribaluk.com but i'm glad i found them, they were 25£ cheaper than the high street major players
Delivery was very quik and FREE The product wss in perfect condition and so far all working ok. I will definately use Tribal again .

Really good service, although delivery at 7am not to everyone's taste!

Ordered my product on a Wednesday, was told it would be delivered on the following Monday. Received a text and email on the Monday morning to advise the one hour delivery slot and the item arrived within that slot, in excellent condition and the delivery guy was a nice polite chap. Couldn't ask for better although I know they also trade as Hughes who I have used before so I wasn't too concerned about using this company based on previous experience. Do not hesitate to use them. Fab!!
