I can only echo a review by samantha in march customer service totally non exsistant as also are the goods i ordered again having paid for express delivery. Obviously using third party suppliers and once they have your money dont care what happens after that.Unless you are desperate for a particular product i would definately not use this company

Bought 3 tile trims in brass, delivery was late and was only dispatched after I chased twice by phone. When it arrived, the trims turned out to be horrid greenish yellow gold shade, nowhere near brass, and nowhere near the image on website. They said I'd best not return them, as after I have paid for shipping them back, and they have taken 25% restocking charge (??), there would not be much left for refund. I tried to send them back regardless, but UPS failed to collect (a whole other story). So I am £100 out of pocket, not knowing how to dispose 3 useless 2.5m long trims. No much distance selling protection there. Put proper pictures of the products on your website, please. Stop misleading clients and then making it impossible for them to return items. Also, 3 times you promised to call me back within half an hour, but nobody ever called me back, or responded to my emails. Poor customer service.

Finally received my order a month after it was originally placed. No response from customer service when I emailed asking where my order was. No tracking for the item which the website and order email stated I would receive. And I paid £11.95 for so called Express 1-2 day delivery!

I can only assume they forgot to process the order, which I understand can happen but the lack of communication is appalling. Unfortunately I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Ordered some 7-17mm Dural Aluminium Flexible Floor Border Profile (TRB) - to cover cork plank/expansion gap around a shower tray.
The order came direct from their supplier within a couple of days ... so pleased with the product I ordered some more - as well as some - 7-17mm Dural Tri-floor Transition Profile (TRT) - again arrived promptly ... there was a mistake with this order and I phoned Trimtraders who contacted their supplier and sorted things out straightaway - replacement trim arrived the following morning!

Brilliant service and really helpful staff who kept me updated throughout.

This is a quality product which I couldn't source without ordering direct from Germany (who funnily enough are a bit wary about doing business with UK). Can't think why ...

I was looking for some trim and step nosing for 7mm flooring. I spoke to Brett who was extremely helpful and sent me links to the products that might do the job. I Found exactly what I wanted, placed an order and received them next day. The Dural Clipper products were perfect and look great. A pleasure to deal with you.

I had to purchase some edging for bathroom tile extremely quickly !
Speaking with them early in the morning at 7am, they were so helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate what I needed for the job in hand.

Great service! the guy phoned me to make sure what I ordered was correct. Quick delivery. down side was the delivery cost is high

I would give 5 stars but when the courier lost our parcel, the re-order was sent with the same one which I thought was risky.
Overall good service though and the lost parcel was replaced express which did turn up the next day as agreed

I ordered a bathroom seal and when it arrived it had a massive scratch running the entire length. The piece was useless. They told me it had been shipped direct from the supplier as they had none in stock but the would send me a replacement.
The 2nd one came and it was just as bad as the 1st. I have asked for and been promised a refund but as of yet (a whole week and a half later) it still hasnt been refunded.

Bought some 10mm trim from these guys to accommodate a... that's right a 10mm tile. The first shipment was damaged so I reported it and got a replacement. I had no time to check either packages, but when I took out the trims from the replacement pack, I found that these trims do not fit a 10mm tile; apparently, according to the seller they are for an not meant to slip the tile into, but instead one will cut the tile and use a grout line between. Why would anyone want to cut a tile but then NOT be able to cover the cut with a trim? The cut line will show through however much grout you use. Also, the differing expansion rates of metal and ceramic/porcelain would be different and this proposed "2mm" grout line would eventually fall out - even with flexible grout. If trims are to be bought larger than the tile, then say so on your site, because when one buys on-line, they are effectively buying blind; therefore sellers need to be very specific with their description of items - maybe a drawing with the dimensions would have helped. Why would one assume that a 10mm trim would NOT be for a 10mm tile? When I bough this to their attention I was told that the measurement was from top to bottom or left to right, or some garbage excuse like that. Their solution was for me to buy a larger size from them. So I would end up with a load of un-needed trims and be out of pocket - while they would have claimed the damaged items back from their carrier and made an extra sale.

DESCRIBE YOUR ITEMS PROPERLY AND INCLUDE A TECHNICAL DRAWING OF THEM, SO WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT YOUR WEB SITE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GETTING!

Ordered trim and door thresh on 24 hr delivery. Didn't arrive and on 3rd day I phoned to find thresh out of stock so this was delaying order. I'd rather have been kept informed of this fact as I would have cancelled thresh to receive trim immediately.
Very good customer service apart from this. Excellent at sorting out problems - well at least when the problem was caused by them they were very good indeed.
I will definately use them again if I need more trim as their prices are so keen and delivery quick and cheap.
